See this is the crap I'm talking about. I never really cared for these two together, but I hate all the break up stories. Well add another one to the list. Ted Casablanca wrote about it in early January and I heard some nasty rumors about Lance cheating. Since they were all speculation I have not written anything until now. People confirms the news today:

The much anticipated wedding of Lance Armstrong and Sheryl Crow is officially off.

The couple, who released a joint statement through Armstrong’s spokesman exclusively to PEOPLE and his hometown Austin American Statesman newspaper, are calling it quits after two years of dating and an engagement that lasted a little over four months.

"After much thought and consideration we have made a very tough decision to split up. We both have a deep love and respect for each other and we ask that everyone respect our privacy during this very difficult time," the statement said.

Rumors of trouble began surfacing around Christmas, but the couple insisted there was no truth to them and that they were moving forward with wedding plans for this spring.

Crow recently tried on wedding gowns, including a Vera Wang with what she said was “a particularly absurd amount of meringue,� for a photo shoot for Allure magazine and told reporters that she would be marrying her cyclist boyfriend in Austin.

Oh well, it looks like 2006 will be just as bad at 2005 when it comes to celebrity splits.

Jay Mohr and Nikki Cox are getting married. You may be asking who are they? While they may not be A-list, I'll take any marriage announcements these days. It is much better than all the divorce crap we have been reading about. Anyway, Jay is best known for his Jerry Maguire days and cute Nikki is from NBC's Las Vegas. Congrats to the happy couple - hopefully they will make it to the altar.

Heath bought this amazing home for $4.5 million just 2 years ago but now it's back on the market for $6 million. He spend a year renovating it and planned to enjoy it but the paparazzi have scared him out of his country. The Daily Telegraph reports:

Ledger is believed to have made the decision to sell up directly after being attacked with water pistols by paparazzi photographer Peter Carette and his offsiders at the Sydney premiere for his Oscar-nominated film Brokeback Mountain last month.

The feisty star and his partner Michelle Williams flew out to Los Angeles for the Screen Actors Guild Awards the day after the humiliating red carpet incident and and have not returned.

"Bronte is scaring me at the moment," Ledger told Hollywood reporters late last year. "I feel like the paparazzi are going to kick me out of that city," he said.

Now, with the sale of the Bronte home, speculation is mounting that he will turn his back on Australia altogether.

"I don't feel like living there any more. It's a shame because I obviously love it. It's breaking my heart because you can't go back there. You can't do anything. You don't want to go with your wife and kids down to the beach and swim when there are 10 people photographing you.

"It really is awful so ... that's keeping me away from Australia."

Now here's a super fabulous nice story about Jennifer Lopez. Apparently while filming with hubby Marc, they were seriously interrupting a wedding. Besides trucks and crowds blocking the place, a person on staff of the film even asked the bride to stop taking pictures. However, when Jennifer and Marc realized what was going on, they ordered all production be shut down immediately.

When the celebrity couple heard about the disruption they had caused, they immediately halted production and met with the duo to apologize, even agreeing to pose for pictures with the newlyweds.

Rosales (the bride) says, "Everyone apologized. I'm happy. I have a story to tell my kids."

At one point, Rosales' furious mother threatened to bring shooting to a standstill by standing on a street corner and screaming until the cast and crew made way for her daughter.

Heather Locklear filed for divorce, but her poor husband had no clue. Maybe this is why she is leaving him. Was he never around? So much so that she had to get his attention by filing legal documents. ABC News report:

More than an hour after Locklear's publicist spread the word that their 11-year-marriage was kaput, the Bon Jovi guitarist told ABC News Radio in an exclusive interview that things were fine at home.

"It's completely untrue," he insisted, adding that he had Valentine's Day plans with his wife.

Nevertheless, the "Spin City" actress had already set the legal wheels in motion, and her spokeswoman, CeCe York, was spreading the word.

"After 10 years of marriage, Heather Locklear has filed for divorce from Richie Sambora," the rep said in a statement hours earlier. "This is a private matter and there will be no further comment at this time."

The message was apparently not delivered to the rocker, who has been touring recently, and he spoke with ABC shortly before a show at Washington's MCI Center.

Even when confronted with the report, which had then hit the news wires, he spoke lovingly of Locklear.

"I'm going home," said Sambora, who says that Locklear sometimes joins him when he's touring.

"Heather was just up for our anniversary and that was Dec. 15 … I was home for like two and a half weeks over Christmas, and I have a month off in March, so it's going to be good."

Maybe the two can try to work it out on his month off. We'd hate to see another celebrity spit. Jeez, it's only February 3rd and there have been too many already.

Amanda and her co-star from the Whole Nine and Ten Yards, Matthew Perry, will re-team on the small screen. I was already excited to see Chandler Bing back on TV but now I am even more psyched since I love Amanda. I just think she is so cute and dresses fabulous and has been lucky enough to co-star with sexy men like Matthew, George and Matt Damon. She must be doing something right. At first we were going to write this article about this recent headline: ‘Brangelina’ hype reaches fever pitch. While we couldn't agree more that these two are in the headlines way too much, we don't think it is going to go away anytime soon. In fact, there's is just something about them and the whole Jennifer Aniston triangle that had made people so passionate about choosing sides in this mess. One woman even attepted to slap Angelina while she was eating in Berlin.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have escaped an attack by a Jennifer Aniston fan.

The loved-up pair - who are expecting their first child together this year - were dining at Berlin's Nola restaurant when a woman stormed in and screamed: 'Where is that home-wrecking Angelina?'

The crazed fan - dressed in a 'Friends' T-shirt - spotted the Hollywood couple and attempted to slap Angelina. Fortunately the 'Tomb Raider' star's bodyguards stepped in and held the American woman back while the pair headed for their waiting car.

A source is quoted in Britain's Daily Star newspaper as saying: 'Angelina had taken her adopted kids Maddox and Zahara to Berlin. It's lucky she left them with a carer.

'The mentally unbalanced American had obviously been tipped off that they would be dining at Nola, because she was wearing an Aniston top and was on the look-out for Angelina.

'Angelina would normally have confronted the woman, but she was petrified because she's carrying her first child and won't risk any harm coming to it.'

TMZ reports the man who in currently in possession of Paris's personal items is now asking for $20 mil. The man who has the items, David Hans Schmidt, makes a living off of selling celebrity sex tapes. He claims the items were in a locker under someone else's name. Paris's publicist said the items were illegally seized but Schmidt claims he bought them on an auction legally. TMZ also report:

TMZ has learned, the person who bought Paris' belongings at auction sold it to someone else. Schmidt says he's now the broker and the opening bid is $20 million, non-refundable. He says bidders are lining up. Schmidt says some of the material is more shocking than her infamous sex tape.

More shocking than the infamous sex tape? I'm guessing something worse than sex - something more incriminating - dare I say something more along the LINES of a Kate Moss scandal. That's just my guess but with Paris you never know. It could just be a video of her latest colon cleaning.
