Oscar ratings decrease
We're not surprised for two reasons. One we keep hearing about the decrease of movie ticket sales and two people are just less interested in watching award shows. Wasn't the Grammy ratings the worst in like 3 decades. It;s a good thing American Idol wasn't on last night. And just for the record, we think Jon Stewart had nothing to do with this.
Jake G and Keira K get cozy
Page Six is reporting that the couple got close this past weekend but I'm not sure I am believing it. We just saw her happy with her new "friend" in the Bahamas last week.
Moviefone convinced a bunch of celebs to take some candid photos. Ang Lee was one of the chosen few and for some reason Jake Gyllenhaal made himself look really goofy in Ang's pictures. The candids included pre-party pics, getting ready for the big event and after party shots. Ang Lee's were the most entertaining thanks to Jake, but click here to check out Jessica Alba's, Charlize Theron, Elton John or one of the other celebs photos for a take of the events from their perspective.
Word is these two are definitely on their way to reconciliation. Apparently they were very cozy at the Oscar parties last night. We did not want to get too excited when we saw them together the past few weeks but we would be really happy to see these two work out.

Star is breaking the news that Britney is pregnant. Now lets remember they also have done this with Demi, J.Lo, and who knows who else so take it for what it's worth. Here's the story:
"I'm pregnant!" revealed the 24 year-old pop star to another woman in the spa at Maui's Four Seasons Hotel where Britney, Kevin and their baby son are staying.
Federline, 27, also delivered the bombshell baby news to a friend, who told Star: "Kevin said, 'Britney's pregnant again,' and when I expressed surprise he said, 'Yeah, it shocked the sh-- out of me too.'"
.... with news of a second baby on the way, the couple appear to have called a truce. "Britney seems very cheerful and happy, an eye-witness at the Four Seasons told Star. "She certainly looks pregnant. And she doesn't seem to be making any effort to disguise the fact. She's wearing clothes that clearly show a large tummy bump."
John Travolta has announced he will dress in drag in the remake of Hairspray. He will play Edna Turnblad, the part Harvey Fierstein made headlines with on Broadway. Queen Latifa will play Motormouth Maybelle. The film begins production in August. Did anyone else think John's hair looked weird last night?
Kate has been enjoying a serious comeback since the Daily Mirror coke scandal last September. In fact, Kate has graced some of the most coveted magazine covers and landed even more lucrative deals post rehab. Now The Sun is digging up some dirt on Kate and it includes her doing coke at Nelson Mandela's home. Was she this addicted back in the day. The Sun also reports Kate:
BLEW an estimated £500,000 on the Class A drug.
BECAME so desperate for a hit she once hoovered up a massive line off a dirty floor.
MAY kill herself if she ever goes back to the drug, pals fear.
NEEDED coke so badly she would brazenly snort a line every five minutes in front of others.
HAD ready supplies in a new city thanks to her management sending out for it.
Let's hope she stays coke-free and only high from all the fabulous things that have come her way since exiting rehab. Maybe then when people think of Kate they won't automatically think of Coke.

Forget the Britney rumors. Many of you are wondering if these two were trying to cover up baby bumps last night. I happen to think Sandra Bullocks dress is beautiful but I wish her hair and eyebrows were less extreme looking. She did love to keep her hands in those pockets on her dress. As for Naomi's dress, she does look a little fuller in the hips and the color certainly drowns her out, but she's still a beauty and I'm thinking they are both baby free for now.
