Uma's Single Again
Page Six is reporting things are over between Uma and her hotelier Andre Balazs. We noticed she looked over him last week when some pics of him kissing her looked very love-less.

I don't think Heath or Michelle needed to win any Oscars this year. They are already so happy with their lives, their new daughter and their love for one another. An Oscar may have pushed them over the top. Besides, they are both so young and will have plenty of chances to score that statue at some point. Here they are dressed down at a Lakers game post Oscars.
Once again, Heath had a run in with the press the night of the Oscars. There has been an ongoing feud with the Australian press and this time they report:
As Ledger and his fiancee, Michelle Williams, arrived they decided not to stop and talk to reporters, or pose for photographers. When the media realised the Brokeback Mountain stars had given them the cold shoulder, some began to jeer.
Ledger responded by giving them a two-finger "up yours" gesture over his shoulder, then slipped into the party.
Now that the film has won the Best Picture Oscar it will be re-released on the big screen this weekend. The film only made $53.4 million when it opened in May but it has been a DVD best seller since it became available for home viewing in February. Crash blew me away when I saw it in the theater and while I loved and thought it was going to go to Brokeback Mountain, I understand why Crash took home the Oscar. That said, I still think everyone should see both movies - it was clearly a close competition.

I'm still in shock that Teri was able to land a solo cover of Vanity Fair. It was OK when she was on the cover with the other Desperate Housewives but alone??? I used to think landing the cover of VF was a HUGE deal but I guess after Paris graced the cover it has been all downhill from there. Besides this cover looks a lot like the Jennifer Aniston one to me. Hopefully what's inside the issue this month will still keep me loving the magazine.

They may be denying an upcoming wedding but we think it's going to happen soon. Naomi Watts was talking with Ryan Seacrest on the Oscar pre-show and she was asked about a wedding invitation and let's just say for an actress she came across as a terrible liar. Singer Bobby Brown has been arrested for minor motor vehicle violations dating back 14 years.
The 37-year-old entertainer was in town to watch his daughter in a high school cheerleading tournament on Friday night when a police officer conducted a warrant check and discovered the old misdemeanor charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and having an uninsured motor vehicle trailer, according to Webster Police Chief Timothy J. Bent. He said a warrant check is “a common thing to do.�
Brown was “very cooperative� and was allowed to drive - with his bodyguard - to the police station after the cheerleading event at Bartlett High School, Bent said. Brown was detained for about one hour, and was released on $40 bond. “He was very forthright in wanting to clear this up,� Bent said. “He probably didn’t know he had this.�
Glad to hear he was cooperative. Maybe Bobby has turned a corner on that tough guy behavior.
What's with the hair? She clearly has been a bit touched up on the cover compared to the real thing at the Oscars but one thing is for sure - she certainly is going for a very specific look. I still can't get over the diamonds she wore on Sunday.
Looks like the rumors about Nick Lachey and Laguna Beach's Kristin Cavallari were all lies. Turns out they were at the same restaurant a few times and everyone jumped to conclusions. Nick's friends are saying "Nick is not looking for a girlfriend or anything serious. He is a single guy now."
As for those other Laguna kids, well it looks like LC and Jason are still together. I am wondering if he will be on the Laguna spin off, The Hills. He looks a little more cleaned up but not loving the way he shaved his beard.
