Britney cleared the air with the child services fiasco from earlier today. Everything is cleared up now and the family is back at home doing just fine. People reports:

Britney Spears's six-month-old son, Sean Preston, fell and hit his head on Saturday, April 1, at the Malibu home the pop star shares with husband Kevin Federline, a source close to Spears tells PEOPLE.

While the baby's nanny was lifting him from his high chair, something snapped in the chair and Sean Preston slipped from her arms and fell to the floor, bruising his head.

A doctor came to the house that day and examined the child; he seemed fine.

Brit and Kevin then became concerned a few days later and went to the hospital to make sure everything was OK. This triggered the welfare officials to pay a visit to the Spears's home. Apparently it is very common and routine for this to happen. The visit was over an hour but no police report was filed. Everyone can now return to their regularly scheduled program.

Justin and Cameron made a very unusual public appearance at the Lakers game earlier this week. I think they look cute and they seem to be having a blast together at the game. I wonder if the court-side seats were courtesy of those seated next to them, the Katzenberg's, aka the co-founder of Dreamworks, aka production home of Shrek. Fun times.

We just wrote that we were hoping to see Mandy at the upcoming premieres of American Dreamz - her latest movie which is a satire of American Idol. She looks fabulous. We hoped she would walk the carpet with boyfriend Zach Braff but she went solo. I can't wait to see her and Hugh Grant as the obnoxious Simon-like character.

Ashton is making the rounds to promote the "7th season" of Punk'd. I think the fact that MTV is declaring the 7th season alone is as if they are trying to punk us. Anyway, supposedly he really got Hugh Jackman bad this season by tricking him into thinking he blew up Director Brett Ratner's Hollywood home. VF is known for their Oscar party and even though it seems like the Oscars were months ago, they are publishing pics from their star-studded event. The biggest news that is now evident in these pics is Sienna Millers outrageous behaviour. Here's more on what was said about Sienna:

"It's one thing to be gossiped about, but it's quite another to have pictures of yourself in that kind of clinch plastered all over a magazine. "Hollywood is notoriously straight-laced when it comes to the behaviour of a young star. "This is an industry town. An eyewitness branded her "loud and childish", adding, "Everyone was talking about how Sienna was totally over-the-top. These pictures have seriously damaged her reputation."

Look who reunited in NYC. This can't be good news. I love how they look like they are scheming something up together. They are probably getting ready to celebrate Kate's recent CK deal and LL's SNL appearance. Whatever these two do together can't be healthy. I am excited the LL is a redhead again.

Sometimes a change in scenery mends a marriage. In Madonna and Guy's world this was apparently the case. A few months ago Madonna was denying rumors that her marriage was in trouble but John Richie, her father-in-law, told us there was trouble but it's all good now. He said:

"L.A. seems to have helped them. It's easier out there because there is less pressure. They seem to have left the bumps they were having over here behind them," John Ritchie was quoted as saying in an interview with Closer magazine.

"You can never know that things will work, but they do seem to be fitting into each other more," he was quoted as saying.

"They have put everything behind them and have gone to L.A. to enjoy themselves. They're able to go home at night and be together. They both want to see the children. They are going to have a good time out there and be a family."

"It's the children that will keep them together. The children are everything to them," John Ritchie told the magazine.

I love the ending quote. It's all for the kids. As much as I thought they were not going to make it, I am happy to hear things are on the mend. Besides, Madonna has to concentrate on that upcoming tour of hers.

I usually love everything Mandy Moore but this pic of her on the cover of Cosmo barely looks like her. She is promoting her latest movie American Dreamz which is a hilarious satire of American Idol.
