TMZ is reporting that Avril is planning a summer to wedding to fiance Sum 41 singer Deryck Whibley. They say the wedding ceremony will be very traditional Church wedding but the reception will be wild. Here's more:

The "lovebirds" plan to have circus performers, comedians and "known" rock bands playing during the celebration. Afterwards, they'll jet-to Paris, then a villa in the South of France.

At the moment Avril, 21, and Deryck, 26, are renovating the house they bought together in Santa Monica. She's already turning one of the bedroom's into a nursery. And with millions in the bank from her best selling albums, 'Let Go and Under My Skin,' she can certainly afford the remodel.

Jessica Simpson is being sued for $100 million by the Tarrant Apparel Group who created a low end line of jeans and other clothing which Jessica was supposed to promote but she didn't. In fact, we all know she loves to sport her True Religion jeans which are much more expensive than the JS and Princy line. E Online reports more details:

Under the terms of the agreement, Simpson was supposed to be "actively involved" in promoting the garb, including wearing items from the line at "public events, shows, and appearances" whenever "reasonably practicable."

However, it seems Simpson attended precious few events she deemed suitable for trotting out the affordable duds, leading the company to gripe that she "simply failed to provide the promised support."

The company contends that Dukes of Hazzard star even refused to be photographed wearing items from the JS by Jessica Simpson and Princy collections, and that when asked by the press to name her favorite brand of jeans at an event last year, she replied "True Religion," rather than "Princy."

Looks like someone else besides Nick wants a piece of Ms Simpson. This also sounds like poor planning on Pimp Daddy Simpsons part. Why would he commit her to doing something that her image would clearly not be a part of. Like the Jessica we know today would wear $60 jeans - please.

Apparently Angelina Jolie has booked a posh African hotel for the next three months as her place to have her baby but they have a plane on standby in case she changes her mind and wants to go back to Paris. Oh the life of a celeb is so hard.

Pete is Delusional
Poor Pete Doherty thinks he is going to marry Kate Moss this fall in Scotland. He has been talking about their wedding and their sex life and yet Kate remains mum on the topic. I think Pete is starting to lose it. The Sun reports Pete said:

“We are going to marry. It’s going to happen at a Scottish castle somewhere between September and November. A posh Scottish castle. That’s gonna be so cool.�

He also told how much he loved having sex with model Kate while high on drugs.

The waster said: “Drugs or sex — they are both great. The best is a combination of both of them. I really love sex on substances — nothing beats that.�
