We were hoping to believe that the tattoo rumors were not real but I guess we were wrong. Heather Locklear has added a rose tattoo with the word "Finch" right above it. While we all think it has something to do with her new boyfriend, David Spade's Just Shoot Me character, someone close to her said it has to do with being free as a bird. Yeah, whatever.

Not only do I like the hair cut but the fact that she is auctioning off a date to help a teenager who lost their leg in a prom accident makes me like her even more. Here's more:

A date with Jessica Biel will be up for bid next week to help raise money for a teenager who lost her leg in a prom night limousine accident, Denver newspapers reported this week.

The event dubbed "Mollypalooza" to help Molly Bloom's family with medical expenses is scheduled for Tuesday at the Rock Island Club, organizers told The Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News. The News described the date as a lunch date.

Bloom was run over and dragged about 38 feet by a Hummer stretch limousine, police said. Limousine driver Stanley D. Sample, 38, faces a misdemeanor charge of careless driving resulting in serious bodily injury.

Bloom is undergoing rehabilitation at Denver Children's Hospital.

A month ago we reported that Tobey and Jennifer were pregnant. Now the rumor has been confirmed. Tobey's fiance is Jennifer Meyer who created the famous leaf necklace that Jennifer Aniston wears in The Break-Up. ET reports:

'Spider-Man' star TOBEY MAGUIRE is not only on the verge of becoming a husband, but ET has confirmed that the actor and his longtime love JENNIFER MEYER are expecting!

The couple became engaged in April and, according to several media reports, Jennifer is due later this year.

"I'm walking on air," Jennifer, a trend-setting jewelry designer, told USA Today. "I'm getting married, starting a family and have an amazing company."
