We would like to wish LL a fabulous 20th birthday. Here she is on the set of her latest movie, Georgia Rules.

As for her plans tonight. Last year she had multiple parties on various coasts. She recently defended her partying habits by saying, "Going clubbing is my way of relaxing and releasing a lot of stress. I don't feel that I should have to justify that part of my life." While LL is not your normal 20 year old, she also made a good point when she said what she does is probably not as bad as what happens at some fraternity parties. Have a blast tonight LL - we hope to see some photos of you celebrating later.

Maybe the Mandy Moore and Zach Braff breaking up rumors are true. We were in denial and while neither party has officially announced the split, Mandy Moore was seen at MisShapes this weekend while Zach was seen at Bungalow 8 without each other.
