Poor Val Kilmer. Gone are the days of when this Iceman made girls swoon. His people say the baby bump he is sporting was just a bad angle. According to his rep he has a hot photo shoot coming out in Nylon soon... thanks to photoshop. Page Six reports:

CALL him "Fatman." Val Kilmer, the once-muscular star of "Batman Forever," was recently photographed shirtless on a California beach with a beer belly hanging over his swimsuit. "Anybody can take an unflattering photo of a human being. It's a mean-spirited thing to do," Kilmer's rep fumed, adding that the actor did a layout for Nylon magazine last week and "he was in great shape."

After a ladies lunch at The Ivy, Nicole and Tyra hit Robertson Boulevard to film a segment for Tyra's talk show. Clearly they wanted attention. Not only did they have their own film crew to tape for Tyra's show but they went to the most paparazzi infested street in LA. The two visited Kitson and the 99 cent store. I wonder what Tyra was so animated about when this photographer got this shot.

Carmen Electra officially filed for divorce today citing irreconcilable differences. I wonder if that translates into Dave dating Jenna Jameson? People reports:

Legal papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court state that petitioner "Tara Patrick, a.k.a. Carmen Electra," 34, and Navarro, 39, wed on Nov. 22, 2003, and separated on July 18, 2006 – the day after they announced they were "amicably separating."

Citing irreconcilable differences, Electra requests that their assets be divided as specified in their prenuptial agreement and that the court not award spousal support to either party. They have no children.

By all accounts, the breakup has, in fact, been amicable. Last month Electra told PEOPLE that she was still living with Navarro, who said in a statement, "Carmen is my best friend and I love her more than anything."

Nick is spending time in Sydney to promote his new album. I think this is the longest we have seen him away from Vanessa in a long time. While down under Nick went on the Kyle and Jacki O show and attended Nickelodeon Australian Kids' Choice Awards nominations event. Nick got friendly with a rodent at the nominations.

Mischa is still working it for David Jones in Australia. She was joined by her look-a-like sister. Yesterday the two sat in the front row together to view the new line. Mischa has spent most of her summer studying acting in London and hanging with various men. Looks like she needed a little working vacation from it all.

LL has a stalker, and we swear it's not us. TMZ reports that a note saying, "One of our actresses has a stalker" was posted on the security gate of the Georgia Rule set Wednesday. The alleged stalker has sent LL several letters asking to meet her including his name and number and sent flowers to the set. I bet the producers who are already annoyed with LL are even more pissed at this inconvenience on the set. Poor LL, all she wants is to be left alone. Or maybe this is just another one of her lies to mess with the press. Who knows but check out these interesting shots of the actress in ID Magazine.

MTV has finally announced that the 2006 VMA's will be hosted by Jack Black on August 31st. "My plan is to bring the thunder," Black said in a statement. "I've got my top men working on it as we speak, in my thunder laboratory. Radio City Music Hall will never be the same." Too bad for Paris... guess her MTV moonman pics weren't a promo for her hosting duties.

After being pretty MIA for a while, J. Lo is back. Last night she performed with Marc at Madison Square Garden. She has announced she is adding to her fragrance collection. Live Luxe, celebrating her love for dance, is the 4th fragrance in her very successful line. It hits stores in the US this month, and worldwide in September. So much for Paris claiming she's a more successful businesswoman than J. Lo! How hilarious is the photo of her and Marc on the right?

Oh Gwyneth - you're just like us. You worry about how to lose your post-pregnancy baby weight even though you already look amazing. You practically had a flat tummy right after Moses came out of you. Gwyneth is on the cover of the September issue of Bazaar where she reveals her post-pregnancy woes. She also poses with her pooch. It's just as sweet as when she poses with her beautiful children. Here's more:

"The first time, you are horrified," she tells Harper's Bazaar in its September issue. "It's all lovely when you are pregnant; but when you are not pregnant and you haven't been for a couple of months and you are still carrying tons of extra weight and everything's all hanging and sagging, you think, How is this ever going to go back? But it does. If you do a lot of working out."

Both times she was expecting, Paltrow, 33, says she gained 40 lbs., and lost 20 by the time she came out of the hospital.

"With Apple I kept the extra 20 pounds on until she was three months old, and then it came off," she says. "And that's exactly what's happening now." She's been working out, "but not dieting, because I am a milk machine."

But should anyone think her figure is perfect again, Paltrow says, "They should see the cellulite on my thighs right now."
