Britney's family is growing super quickly, so she's decided it's really time to settle down on the west coast. And now she can. After more than 2 years on the market, she finally sold her condo in NYC. It went for $4 million, not quite what she was asking for. Here's more:
The 4,400-sq.-ft. apartment fetched $4 million, reports the Wall Street Journal – noting that the price is $1 million more than the pop princess paid for it four years ago, but $2 million less than her original asking price.
As recently as last May, the three bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom, four-floor apartment (which also has a media room, library and terrace), had been priced at $4.55 million as, the New York Observer reported at the time and confirmed with Spears' real-estate broker.
Previous owners were Rolling Stone Keith Richards and hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons, while Cher was once also a neighbor.

It sounds like Nick and Vanessa may just be for real and getting serious. We saw pics of the lovebirds at Bacara last week, and now we find out the two just returned from a quick trip to Sweden. Apparently Nick is so over Jessica and he actually stays at Vanessa's NYC crib when he's in town. I guess he's there now so the question remains, will these 2 walk down the red carpet together tomorrow night at the VMAs? Doubtful since Vanessa will be working, but this is the show that's always full of cool surprises. Just like Nick says, you never know what to expect!

Nicole's people insist the newlywed is NOT PREGNANT. In fact, they have a theory that the paparazzi are altering pictures of Nicole to make it look like she's pregnant. However, that doesn't explain the puffy tops, or hands hiding her belly images. The Scoop Reports:
“Afraid they wasted their money,” Kidman’s rep, Catherine Olim, told The Scoop. “[Kidman's] not pregnant.” Olim pointed out that the star wouldn’t be “shooting a film, traveling to Rome for another film, then shooting ANOTHER film if she were” with child.
“Incidentally, I’m virtually certain paparazzi are distorting photos to make her look pregnant,” Olim added. “I’ve seen her, she’s her regular slender self.”

Selling at $1.99, Ms. Simpson's "Custom Cuts" is the first of its kind for Yahoo's digital music download service. Fans can visit the Yahoo website and select their own names to be inserted into the download during the song's second verse.
Ms. Simpson may have lost her voice, but that didn't stop her from throwing a rollerskating party to celebrate the release of A Public Affair (with obvious help from Yahoo). Is the latest Hollywood triangle over? We already told you Kate was second guessing splitting with Chris. The couple have been seen out with their son Ryder and now word is the two will spend the upcoming holiday weekend watching NASCAR events in Fontana, CA. Looks like Kate realized Owen is one of those perpetual bachelors.
As for Owen, he apparently had a girl on the side that found out about the supposed affair with Kate from the tabloids. Poor girl thought they were getting more serious but then when she wanted to know more, she emailed him and Owen replied, 'We have to talk when I get back to L.A." Now he is trying to make it clear that he is single. He said, "I'm single despite what people say. I think hopefully that I'll meet someone that I'll want to have a family with, that's what I would like," he stated.
No wonder Johnny Depp is in such a good mood. The actor is part of one of the highest grossing movies of all time. The Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest has just "moved up to sixth on the list of all-time moneymakers--any season, any year." The movie has made over $407 million in the U.S. alone.
