It's two SPFs for Brit and K-Fed! The couple has confirmed with People they named their second baby boy Sutton Pierce Federline, giving him the same initials as his big brother Sean Preston. We can't wait to see pictures of the new little SPF!

• This week it was all about one thing, and that's fashion! The hottest stars were in NYC for Fashion Week. Scarlett scored a special front row seat to the Imitation of Christ show, but without a doubt the hottest ticket in town was for the MJ show. • Fashion Week wouldn't be as fun without all the fabulous parties. Ashley debuted her new look at the Balenciaga party, and Kimora Lee and Lil' Kim danced all night long after the Baby Phat show. All the hot young ladies were looking lovely at the Another Magazine party; we're just a little worried about Kate Bosworth becoming the new Nicole.
• After some crazy rumors and totally tricking everyone, Britney had her second baby boy. Now let the baby name games begin! We can't wait to hear the cute baby boy name she will choose.
• The Jolie-Pitts weren't camera shy this week. Brad was acting goofy at the Toronto Film Festival, but dressed to impress and looking hot. He even kissed another woman while Angelina was back at home. But the best Jolie-Pitt pics were of Maddox looking so bad ass sporting his soccer uniform and mullet, and Shiloh who is looking like her daddy.

Poor Lionel Richie. He's upset that despite all of his career accomplishments he's basically known as Nicole's dad these days. Lionel appeared on The Tonight Show and spoke more about the public's fascination with Nicole. Oh yeah, he was also performing his new single which features Nicole in the video. Here's more:

Richie came over to be interviewed and before he could even sit down Leno said, "So, your daughter Nicole is in the video?" Richie laughed and said, "I am Nicole Richie's father. Forget my entire career, forget the songwriting, forget THE COMMODORES. "I'm travelling all over the world now - blood curdling screams at an airport, little girls run over, 'Are you Nicole Richie's daddy?' "It's out of control. I'm very happy, I must tell you my buttons are popping off, but having Nicole in this video was a bit difficult. "I ordered two trailers and she insisted on having a larger trailer for her 100 guests. I kept telling her it was a video, not a movie!" Richie insists that he is thrilled with his daughter's success adding, "No, it was wonderful, I'm really proud."

Sarah Michelle Gellar is a little thief but for a very good reason. She's just as obsessed with Chanel's black nail polish as we are, and was unable to get any of her own. So what did she do? She just stole a bottle. SMG's publicist let the secret out of the bag. Here's more:

The diminutive actress and Marie Claire cover girl - teetering on 4-inch Prada platform pumps that she insisted are "the most comfortable shoes I own" - told Lowdown: "My publicist just ratted me out for being the thief that I actually am! But when you're talking about black Chanel nail polish, what are you going to do?"

When Paris was at a Kabbala class recently, the leader asked each person in the session to talk about a recent spiritual experience. When it was Paris' turn, she said, "Last week in Europe, I met a guy in a club, and he was so hot." The rabbi, said, "Yes, go on." And Paris said, "No, that was it. He was totally hot." Yes, it's a slow news day but we had to share Paris and her deep thoughts.
