When Paris' friend Joe Francis, famous for producing Girls Gone Wild, had his house robbed, LA police wanted to talk to Paris about the incident. They wanted Paris to remember the conversation she had with Joe at a party shortly after he was robbed. But Paris couldn't offer any help. She said, "Like I really . . . I don't remember. I'm not like that smart." We think Paris may not be the brightest but we also think she is a little smarter than she pretends. I'm thinking she is playing dumb but she sure does it well. Page Six reports:
"I like forget stuff all the time," she said.
Koman, however, jumped to Paris' defense and encouraged her to think again.
"Don't cut yourself short," he said in the tapes.
Hilton also told cops "private tapes" were stolen from her home - and that a mysterious caller wanted money for the hot goods.
"They . . . wanted money. They were tryin' to sell it to like a newspaper or something," said Hilton, who balked at paying - and chalked it up to advice from dear old Dad.
"So if you pay somebody, then you're gonna be paying for the rest of your life," Hilton said. "My dad always taught me. They'll keep the tape anyway."
From Executive Producer J.J. Abrams (Lost, Alias) comes this somewhat original drama based on six New Yorkers who don't know each other, but are all connected in different ways. There is Laura, a grieving widow, Whitney, a high powered PR Executive, Steven, an artist who has hit rock bottom, Damian, destined to be a criminal but trying desperately to live an honest life, Carlos, the young Assistant DA and finally Mae, a runaway hiding something mysterious. The show takes place in Manhattan and is a clever play on the "Six Degrees of Separation" theory. Notable cast members include Bridget Moynahan (Sex and The City) as Whitney, Erika Christensen (Traffic) as Mae and the adorable Jay Hernandez (Crazy/Beautiful) as Carlos. While it's definitely no Lost or Alias, I was thoroughly entertained and will definitely be tuning in for the rest of the season. Six Degrees premieres tonight at 10/9c on ABC.
Since leaving The OC, Mischa hasn't had problems finding work. She has a new movie coming out called Guilty Pleasures that she's very proud to have made, because it's so different from The OC. Her one fear is it won't do well in the US because it's too sexy. She said,
"There's no nudity for me - although there is for others. I don't know how it'll go down in some areas of America, which can tend to be quite conservative about sex scenes in films. I just found it passionate and full of life. The challenges for me were more to do with acting out the different relationships - and the sheer agony of wearing some of those dresses. It hurt even to move my arms, and the hair and make-up took about three hours each morning. After The OC it came as quite a culture shock."

- SNL will look a bit different for its 32nd season. Horatio Sanz, Chris Parnell and Finesse Mitchell will not be returning to the show. They should just make the show entirely about Andy Samberg. - AP
- An Irish newspaper published "fake" porn pictures of Tiger Woods' wife, and he is pissed! The not so smart reporter also made the statement, "Most American golfers are married to women who cannot keep their clothes on in public." Don't mess with Tiger; he is now threatening to sue. - People
- Michael Jackson has fled the US for Ireland. He is looking into buying real estate there. And if that's not enough, MJ also wants to open a leprechaun theme park. What's with MJ and his need for theme parks. Hmm, must be the clientele. - The Scoop

JT has every reason to celebrate his new album. He sold over 685,000 copies of FutureSex/LoveSounds in the first week. At the release party on Tuesday night, Cameron, Christina and Lindsay were just a few who came out to celebrate JT bringing SexyBack. As for the records his album broke, here's more:
That marks the biggest sales week of Timberlake's solo career, the biggest sales week of the year by a solo artist and the second-biggest debut of 2006, behind only Rascal Flatts' 722,000-copy first week for Me & My Gang.
Timberlake's new album, which helped bounce Beyoncé's B'Day down two spots to three (161,000), also went number one in the U.K., Canada, Ireland, Australia and Singapore and opened Top 5 in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Holland, France, Denmark and Hong Kong. FutureSex/LoveSounds also set the record as the iTunes Store's biggest pre-order album ever and as the biggest selling digital album ever, with nearly 67,000 copies sold.
I guess those rumors about LL being banned from JT's House of Blues concert were not real since she was showing off her fractured wrist at the release party. Lots more pics of the gang in the gallery so read more

Big Night Tonight!!! Yeah for Grey's!!!
We weren't loving Jessica's look as she walked the red carpet for the premiere of Employee of the Month, so we were thrilled to see her looking much better at the after party. Rumors spread quickly that Jess was hooking up with her co-star Dane Cook while filming the new movie, but both continue to deny anything ever happened. Dane attended the premiere with his girlfriend and spoke a bit about being linked to Jessica. Here's more:
Costar Cook, who attended the premiere with girlfriend Racquel Houghton, was linked to Simpson during filming, but told reporters of the gossip, "We laugh about it."
Cook is in movies with the three hottest Jessicas out there: Besides Simpson, whom he says is a "breath of fresh air – I had no idea she was so funny," he'll appear in Good Luck Chuck with Jessica Alba ("a brilliant physical comedian") and London with Jessica Biel ("amazing actress").
Did he kiss them all? "I did not kiss Biel," he said. "I kissed her ass in the movie. And then Simpson and Alba, very sweet. I'll give them that. Two lips up."

Angelina and Brad are giving some of their very good fortune back and in a very big way. The two are each donating $1 million to two humanitarian organizations. Brad may be signing up to be the highest paid actor in Hollywood history, and Angelina doesn't do too bad for herself either, so good for them for sharing! Here's more:
The recipients are Global Action for Children and Medecins sans Frontieres/ Doctors Without Borders. "In the most troubled parts of the world — places that much of the world has abandoned — MSF is always there," said Jolie in a statement issued by Trevor Neilson, the couple's philanthropic and political adviser. "I have seen these brave men and women working in war zones and horrific conditions and I deeply admire them."
"Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt not only care, but more important, are taking concrete action to address the fact that there will be 20 million children orphaned by AIDS by 2010, and millions more orphaned by tuberculosis, malaria and conflict or whose parents are sick and dying," she said.
