Yesterday we read all about celebs ringing in the New Year in warm sunny places like Miami Beach and Cabo, but some opted for the traditional ski vacation as well. The upscale resort of Aspen, CO, was the top choice of many including one of our favorite couples Heidi Klum and Seal along with their three children. Here's more:

The glamorous model and mother of three Heidi Klum ushered in the New Year with a romantic smooch with husband Seal at a party in the mountain village. The loved-up duo, who welcomed their third child - Johan - at the end of November, were spending the festive period in the luxurious resort with their young family.

The mountains hold a special appeal for the fashionable pair, as Seal proposed to his German love at the Canadian ski resort of Whistler in an igloo built specially for the occasion.

Kristin Cavallari left the west coast to celebrate NYE in Miami with her latest boyfriend Nick Zano. Apparently the two had a steamy weekend together which included romantic dinners and skinny dipping. In fact, Kristin has no problem flaunting her new love in front of her ex, Brody Jenner. Kristin also declared a new year's resolution. She said, "My goal is to stop swearing... You can say I have a bit of a potty mouth." That's a good resolution, but I'm more interested to see if Kristin and Nick will last through the year.

We haven't heard much about Renée's love life since her split with Kenny Chesney, but it looks like that may change in 2007. There was a brief reuniting with Clooney but it looks like Renée is focusing on other things in the new year. When asked her resolutions for 2007, She said, ''To concentrate on doing a better job of managing my personal life. To do lots of cooking and to focus on my cat!''

We love seeing a more down-to-earth side of Hollywood. Check out Renée being just like us in a bookstore. We hope she finds what she is looking for in 2007.

Jennifer Hudson performed for a sold out crowd on Saturday night at The Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC. After the show she spoke about how her life has changed, what it's like to be the underdog and how Jamie Foxx was her biggest supporter. Here's more:

Jamie would call me every Sunday during the summer. It would never fail, and the first time he called I was like, "Oh, my God. Jamie Foxx just called me!" But he was so supportive, so sweet so helpful ... during filming. And he came to me at the end of filming and he pulled me to the side and he was like, "I didn't want to distract you while you were working, but now that we're at the end, I can say what I want to say." And he was like, "You know what? We really think you did something special. I feel like you're about ready to go down the same road that I just experienced (winning an Oscar for her performance in Ray), and if I can do anything to mentor you and help you out, I'd be happy to."

We've been hearing about a new Indiana Jones movie for a while and now it's been confirmed that Steven Spielberg and George Lucas have finished the script and filming will begin this year. Harrison Ford will reprise his 80's role as the (once) sexy archaeologist. Lucas, who rode in the Rose Bowl Parade as the Grand Marshal is very excited about the fourth Indiana Jones installment. "It's going to be fantastic. It's going to be the best one yet," the 62-year-old filmmaker said during a break from preparing for his duties as grand marshal of Monday's Rose Parade.

The fourth chapter of the "Indiana Jones" saga, which will hit theaters in May 2008, has been in development for over a decade with several screenwriters taking a crack at the script, but it only recently gained momentum.

Lucas kept mum about the plot, but said that the latest action flick will be a "character piece" that will include "very interesting mysteries."

"I think it's going to be really cool," Lucas said.

"Mostly it's the charm of Harrison that makes it work," he said.

We didn't think Kevin Federline could sink much lower after his album failed and Britney dumped him in the same week. However, K-Fed proved just how desperate for a dollar he is these days by getting back into the WWE ring. This time he fought WWE champion John Cena. Here's more:

Clad in an oversize black-and-silver boxing robe and booed mercilessly by a crowd of more than 15,000 at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Federline — who embodies what late wrestling legend Classie Freddie Blassie called "a pencil-necked geek" — insisted on being introduced as a "celebrated recording artist, dancer par excellence, and an entertainment mogul."

K-Fed's match with Cena was not for his title. It was a no-disqualification contest, which meant there were no rules.

After it appeared Cena was going to defeat Federline with an FU, a 348-pound wrestler named Umaga appeared and attacked the champ, helping the former Mr. Britney Spears get the victory.

But fear not wrestling fans and Federline haters, he did not escape unscathed.

Later that night, Federline was a guest commentator for another Cena match. When Federline decided to get involved in that match, Cena picked him up and FU'ed him to the delight of a raucous crowd.

Wilmer was among the many celebs who spent New Year's Eve in Miami, hosting a party with DJ AM and Travis Barker at Mansion in South Beach. We've been hearing rumors about Wilmer and Mandy starting up again, but apparently he managed to squeeze in some time for his other ex, Lindsay. TMZ Reports:

The two were spotted chatting by the pool at the Delano in Miami on Monday -- both were in town to celebrate New Year's Eve. According to sources, Lindsay called to Wilmer as he walked by, and the two took some time to catch up as the year ticked down.

Las Vegas proved to be big enough for Pam Anderson and Kid Rock, as the recently divorced couple attended separate NYE parties in Sin City. Party girl Pam had no shortage of men to ring in the new year with- she hosted a party at Tao with Jamie Foxx, Usher and Pauly Shore. Here's more:

She was all smiles and looked extremely happy and carefree as she ordered shots of Belvedere vodka and writhed on her VIP banquette dancing the night away. It was very clear that she was not missing Kid Rock in any way. When Snoop Dog's "I Wanna F*** You," came on, she went wild, kicked off her heels and danced on the banquette flaunting her famous assets and a carefree attitude.

Meanwhile, her ex, Kid Rock, was partying across the street at Jet. He was deejaying the party and chose hard-rocking fare like AC/DC's "Highway to Hell." At one point, he seemed to say 'aw, f*** her." Was he referring to Pam? He clearly didn't seem to be in good spirts; the Kid appeared tired, bitter, and depressed.
