Teri and her cute daughter Emerson are enjoying a winter vacation in Cabo. We must say Teri is looking great in her bikini! We know she likes to speed walk and has looked too skinny in the past, but perhaps her hatred for the gym has allowed her to gain a few needed pounds to look happy and healthy. Here's more:

"A lot of people do all kinds of nutty diets and weird things, but I believe in moderation. I can have pizza and pie and a glass of red wine - just not every day. I wouldn't want to."

And nobody can accuse her of being too much of a gym bunny, as the place actually scares her. "I can't stand going to the gym. It's too formatted and it freaks me out with all the germs. I hike outside. I lift weights in my house, just not at a gym."

Courtney Love is a constantly evolving being. It's good to know she sets goals for herself. She even decided to bring in the new year with a few resolutions (53 to be exact) that she posted for the world to see on her website moonwashedrose.com. She has since taken them down, but not before Rush & Molly got a hold of them. The list is full of typos and a little confusing, but it looks like she had good intentions. Here's highlights:

We know Courtney is trying to stay clean but she sounds a little out of it with her list. Justin may be single again, but he surely wasn't dateless the other night at the premiere of Alpha Dog. He took his mom Lynn to the show. Then the two hit the after party together where JT met up with Scarlett Johansson. Justin and Scarlett then apparently danced and hung out until the club closed and JT took off with his mom. So maybe there is something more going on between these two besides shooting JT's latest video for What Goes Around Comes Around... Stay tuned. Hopefully they'll provide some excitement for us this weekend.

Cute Michael Vartan was spotted grabbing some Starbucks in Hollywood. We miss seeing Michael weekly on Alias, but we may get to see him back on the big screen soon. Producer Alan Robinson wants him to play a serial killer in his upcoming movie Worst Nightmares. Here's more:

“Nightmares” tells of a serial killer who knocks off his victims based on what their particular fear is – be it a fear of drowning, a fear of heights, or in my case, a fear of being sentenced to watch “Full House” re-runs on loop for a weekend.

“It’s a really great script”, Robinson tells Moviehole from his Sydney office. “We plan to shoot it this Summer in Los Angeles”.

A high-calibre cast has already expressed interest in the film, he tells. Its believed that Greg Kinnear, Bridget Moynahan, Lance Henriksen and Michael Vartan may be in early talks. “He would be the serial killer. I think he’d be great – something very different for him”, says Robinson, of the actor who next headlines fellow Aussie Greg McLean’s “Rogue”.

Lucy looks amazing at the NY premiere of her new film Code Name: The Cleaner. But that's nothing new - she always looks fabulous! The film is about a janitor played by Cedric the Entertainer who is convinced that he is a spy after he gets amnesia. Lucy plays a US intelligence agent who takes a liking to him. In the film Lucy has a fight scene with Nicollette Sheridan but she says the Desperate Housewives star wasn't at all intimated by Lucy's extensive martial arts training for Kill Bill. When it came to shoot the scene, Nicollette really went for it. Here's more:

"She came at me - she was fierce! Actually we didn't even have to rehearse it at all. "We just talked about what looked best for each of us, because she's got really long legs, she's very flexible. I didn't have to train for it. Usually you have to train months in advance. "This was a last-minute fight scene. They (the producers) said, 'You know, we should add a fight scene between the two of you - it'd be kind of fun! We had a great time."

After seeing all the kick ass scenes that Lucy did for Charlie's Angels and Kill Bill, we're sure that she gave Nicollette a run for her money! Code Name: The Cleaner comes out today. For more pics just read more

Britney posted a message on her website this morning promising us all she's still prepping for a comeback. Jive apparently continues to back Britney 1,000% despite rumors that the label is disappointed in her. The big news today is that Britney has agreed to joint custody with Kevin for the month of January.

Britney was also overheard saying, "I love myself, I love myself." Brit then got a, "You look beautiful," to which she responded, "I love you for saying that!" Stay tuned for what the weekend brings for Brit... While we don't love her gold dress at least she is keeping up with the latest metallic trend.

Paris and her ever growing empire may have had a hiccup yesterday when she got fired but as expected she has something new to announce the following day. Paris will be launching her own sportswear, and lingerie line this fall. WWD reports the clothes will include Tinkerbell T-shirts and lots of pink, bows and ruffles. It's expected to be very "girly and fun." We'd expect nothing less from Paris, and we bet, like her perfume, her latest endeavor will be a success. Ladies and gentleman, I hate to say it but Paris is not going anywhere anytime soon.
