Pretty cheeky of Kevin to let the nanny push Sean Preston and Jayden James around in their little "cars" the day after their mom lost custody for driving without a valid CA license, right? I mean, it's not like Federline doesn't have a yard. At least they look like they're having fun and enjoying the LA sun rather than just being carted around on another of Britney's shopping adventures. Things are bleak for Brit right now, but a good friend of hers told Us Weekly that the pop star is "optimistic" that this will all be reversed during tomorrow morning's hearing, especially since she only didn't fulfill her court orders due to "scheduling conflicts." Sure. Well, at least that explains her good mood?

Just when things look like they couldn't get much worse for Britney, enter the obligatory sex tape rumor. (Ugh.) InTouch Weekly is reporting that a man Britney met in Hawaii in June is claiming to have a sex tape of himself and Brit. The dude says that he hasn't released it because he is embarrassed about his performance (apparently not that much) and that he made the tape without Britney's knowledge (ass). Hopefully this is just another person who wants to use Brit to get a little attention.

Halle Berry stopped by Oprah today to dish about her new movie, Things We Lost In The Fire, and of course her baby on the way. We know how excited she is about having a child, so naturally there was a fair amount of gushing. Oprah got Halle to spill all the juicy details on her pregnancy and her hot man Gabriel. Here are highlights:

• On struggling to get pregnant: "I'm sort of superstitious, so I saved all of the negative tests in a drawer. Don't ask! I don't know why, but I did. … After about 35 tests, we finally got a positive test."
• On Gabriel: "He's always his authentic self, never worried about being judged... To walk with that kind of confidence ... and with integrity, I know he has ability to love me, love our children, and he will do that."

We all know Halle has been through a lot, so we're glad to see that she's happy and starting a family. We can't wait to see that beautiful couple out on the town with their little bundle.

Audrina Patridge smiled for a photo op at LAX yesterday but last night on The Hills she was sad after her friends were giving her crap about her boyfriend Justin Bobby. We felt bad for her when all of her friends were hating on him — it's never fun to have to choose between your girls and your boyfriend. Last night's episode was definitely packed with (drunk) drama, but as usual there was no shortage of geeky gadgets, so take Geek's weekly tech quiz. Eva Longoria shimmied between two parked cars after stopping off at Kalologie Skin Center in LA yesterday. The fourth season of Desperate Housewives kicked off with a bang on Sunday, but that won't be Eva's most talked about performance this week. On Monday there were rumors of an Eva sex tape and it turns out said video has surfaced on the internet, only not in the way that everyone expected. Eva teamed up with Funny or Die (remember them from the Will Ferrell/Pearl the Landlord bit?) to make this hilarious sex tape spoof video. Who knows if there was ever a tape to begin with or if this was all a great marketing ploy by the Funny or Die-ers, but it's definitely making me like Eva more for her sense of humor (and distracting everyone from that real tape if it exists). Well played, Eva.
