After a few hours in court and testimony from both Britney and Kevin, the judge took the case under submission and issued no ruling. Apparently there will be a written ruling either on Monday or Tuesday. During the hearing, Britney reportedly left the courtroom at least three times to use the bathroom, looking visibly upset the whole time. Also, according to Extra, when they asked how she was doing she shouted, "“Eat it, lick it, snort it, f*%k it!" Lovely. After the judge made his non-decision, Britney and Allie quickly made their exit in her white Mercedes. Here's to drawing out this mess even longer.

Sarah Michelle Gellar and Maria Menounos were among the lucky (heh) VIPs at Lucky Magazine's 4th Annual Lucky Shops party in NYC last night. Say that five times fast. Lucky! SMG looked adorable (and young) all blonde in her LBD out for the shopping extravaganza. We know she loves a good bargain so it's no wonder why she jumped right on this VIP event. I'm sure all these Lucky-loving ladies snatched up some great deals at the sale. Good times.

Heidi Klum spent the afternoon with her two favorite little guys in LA yesterday. She and Henry headed off to an early Halloween celebration, complete with costumes and a big pumpkin. Heidi wasn't ready to get all dressed up yet, but we can't wait to see what she's planning since last year's garden of Eden outfit was a big hit — especially that awesome makeup! Johan was a bit too young to join the festivities, but we bet he'll get an adorable costume come trick-or-treating time. A little Spider-man to take on Henry's Venom perhaps?

Taye Diggs and his wife Idina (who looks kind of a lot like Nelly Furtado, no?) were full of smiles out around Santa Monica with their adorable little doggie on Wednesday afternoon. Taye's Private Practice is not only getting better by the week (other than this one, which was a baby step backwards, but still on the up and up), but it's been picked up for a whole season. It's about time that Taye had a hit, right? His dreaminess certainly belongs on the TV. Am I right or am I right? High five.

Brad and his brood are long gone back to LA, but George Clooney was still hard at work on the set of Burn After Reading in Jersey yesterday. It looks like he was happy to sign some autographs on a (much younger?) headshot like a good sport. Just getting his coy smile or even a wink would probably be worth hanging outside his trailer for a while.
