All the Grammys heads are in LA to celebrate the awards, but the pre-parties are obviously where the real fun is. Justin was on hand to perform at the Rolling Stone party; unforch it looks like Scarlett wasn't there to reenact the sexy good times from the video. Tons of celebs were also in the hizz like...Papa J Simpson (um, can you saw awkward with Nick Lachey and Vanessa?)...Kevin Federline...and Fergie (though I'm still not entirely convinced that's her. Seriously). Good times.

I thought that Hilary Duff's (relatively bizarre) hipster persona may have died with her relationship with Joel Madden, but I was wrong. She was out in NY this week walking the red carpet with NYC Party Promoters/DJ something or others/future Target fashion line designers extraordinaire MisShapes. Don't know what/who they are? I think this picture explains itself. Well, at least Hilary looks damn cute. That's right, she doesn't need no Madden to hang out with the hip kids.

It's time to get ready for the Grammys. This weekend JT hosted a party where he performed as well as others like Timbaland, Nelly and Fergie. We already told you Tara Reid looked fabulous and then there was that awesome run in between JT and K-Fed. We're still wondering how Kevin is getting invited to these events. Katherine Heigl made an appearance on David Letterman Thudsay night, where she talked about the Pedigree adoption drive and, of course, the Grey's Anatomy drama. Katherine is probably so used to talking about it at this point that it doesn't even faze her. She was able to joke with Dave and said she hopes that in the end, the entire cast will be happier. Here's more:
“It was, you know, I think initially it was said in a moment of anger and then it was – I don’t understand what the Golden Globes was about. And now I think at this point we’re trying very hard to just move past it and mend some bridges. And I think, I know for myself, I can’t speak for the whole cast, but I’m certainly hopeful that this will bring about a better, more honest relationship with one another.”
We're so glad to see that the drama has settled down and the cast members have learned from the experience. We would have hated to see one of our favorite shows jeopardized by off-screen conflict. Winona may not be out at the clubs every night like the younger girls, but she still looks great when she decides to have a night on the town. Even if she's in the monochromatic black, we just love when we get to see her. Career-wise she has worn so many different hats (literally and figuratively) -- Romantic Comedy Lead, Indie Chick, Troubled Angsty Teen, the list could go on-- but it looks like for her next few films she's sticking to her slightly darker, quirky roots.
Next up is The Ten, which premiered at Sundance this year. In the film, she plays a woman who falls in love with a ventriloquist dummy. Weird, I know. But after all, she did help make loving a man with scissors for hands a household name.
