David Beckham proved himself to be quite the romantic this week while celebrating the 10th anniversary of the day he met his wife. For the big day, the whole Beckham family took in a soccer match at which David was guest of honor. Afterwards, David took Victoria to their suite at the Lowry Hotel where he had arranged for the room to be filled with white flowers, candles, and a staff to serve them a champagne dinner. As if that weren't enough, he is said to have topped the evening off with a lavish gift of jewelry. 10 years together is a lifetime in the celebrity world. Adam Sandler stopped off in Austin this week to take in some of the various musical and artistic offerings of the SXSW festival. We're excited to see more of Adam in the coming weeks as he heads out to promote his new film Reign Over Me. While the movie, about a man trying to cope after losing his family in 9/11, isn't the same sort of light-hearted fare that made him famous, he has recently proved his dramatic chops in movies like Punch Drunk Love and Spanglish. No matter what though, Adam always finds a way to work in a smile or two.

On screen, Patrick Dempsey is a supportive boyfriend and renowned surgeon, but off-screen he is so much more -- a doting husband and loving father of three. Sure, that might be the cheesiest sentence ever, but after first seeing those precious little twins (and their big sister Tallulah, who apparently got a special dinner out with the 'rents this week) a few weeks back, it's hard not to be a little gushy about this family. Plus, it's easier to comment about the cute! cute! in his real life rather than think about the frustrating developments on the show. Fergie traded in her workout gear for a cute preppy ensemble during a trip to London this week. She may be in the city that inspired her first solo hit, but she's got a new song to celebrate while overseas -- Glamorous hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. The song has been in and out of the top 10 for the past two months, but it was the 166,000 downloads in one week that helped finally secure the top spot! With this kind of success, Fergie should be in limousines and boogie scenes for a long time to come.
