Hilary Duff is on the cover of Cosmo Girl this month looking cute and confident. In the issue she opens up about a lot of things including her weight loss last year. It's always nice to see celebrities address these issues head on. Here's more:

“I have the same insecurities about my body that every girl has and I made a conscious choice to get in shape. I've always been a junk food eater, but I started paying more attention to what I put in my body and cut out foods like pizza, chicken fingers, and French fries. If I knew I'd want dessert one night, I wouldn't have bread that day. If I wanted to eat bread, I wouldn't have dessert. Seeing how well it worked motivated me to keep going, but I hit a period when I got too skinny. I wasn't too obsessed with it, but I did learn that there have to be days when you just don't think about it."

It feels like Shia LaBeouf has been everywhere lately - his new movie, Disturbia, hits theaters today and he's hosting SNL tomorrow night. Looks like he isn't going away anytime soon, either - he's just signed on for the fourth installment of the Indiana Jones movies. You guys voted Shia as your favorite shining star of tomorrow and it looks he's well on his way.

Gwen is looking couture chic in the pages of the May Harper's Bazaar. Her look definitely translates through the ages and that's not just because she's been on a diet since she was in the sixth grade. In the article Gwen talks all about the evolution of her style and why it's important for her to look her best whenever she leaves the house. Here are highlights:

• On her fashion style:
  "I've gotten a little more feminine over the last few years. Right into my late 20s, I never wore heels; I was always in my Doc Martens and baggy pants. But as the years go by, you get more comfortable with looking more like a woman."
• On looking good on the go:
  "There's always paparazzi outside my house. If you had paparazzi outside your house, you'd make sure you looked good, too."

Even if we don't agree with all of Gwen's fashion choices we're loving her girlier glammed up look.

Matthew is definitely an expert at keeping his workout routine diverse and challenging. While down under he enjoyed surfing and yoga on the beach. Now that he's back in sunny So Cal he's mixed it up even more. This week he assembled his own exercise machine outside his Malibu pad and got his heart rate up by jumping rope! It may look kind of silly but it's a great cardio-workout.

Milla Jovovich has just about done it all. She models, acts, sings, and has her own fashion line. This time she teamed up with model Carmen Hawk and Mango to present their Jovovich-Hawk For MNG collection at the Chateau Marmont Thursday night. Milla evidently has some friends over at HBO because Adrian, Emmanuelle and Ginnifer all came out to help her celebrate. Wonder if that means we'll be seeing her (or her new collection) on Entourage's latest season or Big Love some time soon!

Adam Brody was looking adorably scruffy (and a bit skinny) at LAX yesterday. The hooded look didn't prevent him from getting recognized but he was even nice enough to stop and pose with a lucky fan. Looks like we're not the only ones missing the OC these days.
