David is back on the field and in full training mode with Real Madrid. He's been out for 6 long weeks recovering from a knee injury. While David uses his fancy footwork on the field, word is Victoria may be thinking about using hers in a reality show. We don't really believe this latest rumor but apparently Posh is considering being a contestant on Dancing with the Stars. We hope the birthday girl (she turns 33 today - Happy Birthday Posh!) holds out for her own show, which is in the works with NBC. Besides, then we have a better chance of seeing David involved in it.

Always a welcome breath of fresh air around here, Ellen and Portia (who just loves her stripes) enjoyed an afternoon at the market in Brentwood this weekend. You know how they say the longer couples stay together the more they start to look alike? As precious as these two are, they're looking an awful lot like twinsies these days. That being said, can't blame the ladies for putting comfort first for a Sunday stroll. Hey, at least they weren't wearing semi street-walker-y gear from the night before like some people (hehe), right?

Salma Hayek has a lot of big changes headed her way - she's engaged to be married and pregnant with her first child. While we were initially shocked to get all of this news at once, Salma has obviously been planning for a family for quite awhile. In the May issue of Marie Claire, Salma talks about the challenges she faces as a woman and as a Latina. Here's more:

On Being Pressured into Motherhood: "I think it's terrible women are put in that position. Motherhood is not for everyone--it is for me, but there's no reason women should feel rushed to have a child. I don't know if you've noticed, but society thinks if you don't have children, you've failed as a woman, even if you are CEO of a company. You've got to be beautiful, smart, skinny, tall, rich, successful at your job, married to the right guy--and have genius children."

On Coming to Hollywood as a Latina Woman: "I thought I was coming to this amazing place, where projects would just fall out of trees. I was quite shocked to read the scripts being made. I started out in Hollywood at the same time as Jennifer Lopez. Before us, Latinas only had roles that were part of the backdrop, as the maid or the prostitute. We changed that. Of course, you're always looking for those Meryl Streep parts, but I am grateful for the things I did."

Salma is such a strong and independent woman with a good head on her shoulders. We bet she will be a great mom and role model to that lucky little baby who will also be fashionably dressed thanks to her Daddy. Salma also has a new movie in theaters now called Lonely Hearts with co-stars, James Gandolfini, John Travolta and Jared Leto. It is an interesting group and the trailer is actually surprisingly entertaining. Check it out here.

I'm back from my overseas vacation and what better way to return than with Fergie Fergs in her Sunday best. Oooor wearing her hottest stripper heels and skinny jeans to church this weekend. Either way. Hey, at least she remembered to bring along everyone's favorite of her accessories -- hot hot Josh. Plus, he's keeping it slightly more appropriate in dress pants. Um, I guess it's a casual congregation? Meanwhile, is that a spiky ball from a Medieval times Mace (Morning star? Flail? Forgive me, my knowledge of weaponry is minimal) attached to her purse? Yup, just another morning of religious services.

This weekend Jessica Biel and some friends took her pup to Pier 59 Studios West in Bergamot Station. She looked cute in her simple sexy white dress but what's even hotter is the beautiful picture of Jessica and her dog. I love how her pooch is staring at us while Biel looks off in the distance. It may be a candid photograph from a lucky paparazzo but I think stunning enough for a magazine spread. I wonder if she is thinking of JT as she spaces out.

Penelope is loving her wide legged jeans! Seems like a good comfortable bet when you're catching an early flight out of LAX. We don't blame her for getting out of town. I would want to skip town too after the the LA Times wrote an article detailing the perks (and salaries) she and Matthew received on their flop of a film, Sahara. The article breaks down how Hollywood budgets have gotten out of hand using Sahara as a great example. Penelope evidently only (I say "only" in relative terms: the film cost over $281 million to make) got paid $1.6 mil but had over $800,000 in perks like a personal hairstylist and security team.

It seems extravagant but not unusual, especially considering how much money the film wasted on everything else! The real crime we think is that Penelope was paid way less than her two male counterparts (Matt and Steve Zahn). Now that she's been nominated for an Oscar she hopefully has a bigger price tag.

Britney headed out once again this weekend to get her dance on at Millennium studio in LA. Nice legwarmers Brit. She also hit Shu Sushi for dinner. We're still reeling a bit from the bizarre sarcastic video she made this weekend. But seeing that she's followed around every second of the day by photogs it's no wonder she's feeling a little fed up. Luckily it looks like she's staying healthy and exercising so hopefully she'll stay on track.

Patrick Dempsey took a break from riding his bike to devote some time to his other hobby, racing cars. The other day we caught a glimpse of Patrick's co-star Kate Walsh in a speedster of her own, and it turns out that was just the first of many sneak peeks at the Grey's Anatomy Spinoff. Not very much info on what the future holds for Dr. McDreamy, but we're satisfied as long as he isn't driving off into the sunset with Addison.
