We're not sure which came first, this CBS Early Show performance yesterday morning or her Today Show appearance the same morning, but you wouldn't know from looking at her that she had to do a quick wardrobe and hair change in between. You also wouldn't know from looking at her that there's a big annoyance in her life these days. The man whose lawsuit against Beyonce and her mother was thrown out of court last week isn't going down without a fight. Page Six reports:

"I'll never give up, because I know I'm right," he told Page Six. The judge ruled that Walker's oral agreement - giving him a 10 percent commission for setting up the $15 million deal that created the company - wasn't worth the paper it wasn't printed on. "The judge was star-struck," Walker said. And the Knowleses are subconsciously racist, he added. "I believe if I was white, I would have been paid."

Um...what? We find it hard to believe this newest development will go anywhere. Some people will do anything for a little publicity.

Jennifer took some time out from promoting her album to report to jury duty yesterday in Beverly Hills. Naturally, she looked appropriately glamorous for the occasion. Lucky for her, she won't have to cancel any appearances because the case was dropped the same day. Jennifer is not only happy to fulfill her civic duties, but her marital ones as well. She talks to Entertainment Weekly about how she and Marc make their relationship work. Here's more:

"Marc and I are good partners," Lopez tells Entertainment Weekly magazine in its April 6 issue. "We love each other. We want to be the best person we can be for each other. And we work on that. That's what a real relationship is about to me."

"When we got married, I was like, `I've been working for I don't know how many years at (a high) level of intensity and exposure," Lopez says. "I'm going to get back to what originally drew me to expressing myself as a creative person."

We certainly like Jennifer more since she took some time out of the spotlight. Bennifer J-Lo was a bit overexposed. Now, with the release of Como Ama Una Mujer, we finally get to see the result of her return to creative expression, too.

Sienna Miller and her (somewhat femme, not that there's anything wrong with that) boyfriend James Burke took a little stroll with her dog in London this week. (Who are they, Keira and Rupert? Ha.) It's all well and good to see Sienna in her relaxing state, but Party Sienna is way more fun to read about. Lucky for Sienna, her good friend Diddy is in town to hit the clubs with. Last week the two hung out at the b-day party he threw for Fergie, and this weekend they were out and about again. Sienna and her friends were up to their old tricks, however. They got in a bit of a rumble with some paps outside the club when Sienna tried to escape without being seen. Oh Sienna, some things never change. Gotta love it.

Patrick suited up in his favorite spandex/helmet ensemble to do some biking over the weekend. We've been missing our McDreamy fix while Grey's is taking a break, but we're happy to report that Patrick is going to start helping save lives off screen, too. In a recent interview with Access Hollywood, he talks about his mother's difficult struggle with cancer and how it prompted him to team up with the support group "Breakaway from Cancer" to raise money to help those living with the disease. Here's more:

"Every thirty seconds someone is diagnosed with cancer," Dempsey recently told Access Hollywood's Billy Bush. "Every 30 seconds so that's scary. Tragically I think everyone [could] be touched by cancer at one point or another in their life."

"I can help because of the visibility that the show gives me that you can get an interview that maybe somebody else could not get so that you can get the word out there," he told Billy. "And, I think it's important to give back. Celebrity is ridiculous to begin with and I think you need to turn that into a positive and get away from the trappings of the other side of things."

We love that Patrick is using his celebrity status to help others instead of letting it go to his head. He obviously deserves his McDreamy status in real life, too.

Jet Nightclub in Las Vegas celebrated its one year anniversary in typical Vegas style -- poker, celebs, booze. On hand were the likes of Luke Wilson, Woody Harrelson, Kevin Connolly, Djimon, Bar Refaeli and her father. Leo met his friends and lady in the party, but skipped the red carpet fun. It's too bad, because his youthful girlfriend looked gorgeous. Meanwhile, Luke is a little worse for the wear these days, no?

Ferg was not looking very G-L-A-M-O-R-O-U-S in her comfy travel clothes while leaving LAX this week. Unfortunately, her hot boyfriend Josh wasn't by her side. We were a little worried about the couple after seeing how unenthusiastic he was at her 32nd birthday party but luckily they're still happy, in love, and having a great time together. In the May issue of Playboy Fergie talks all about how they keep their romance alive. Here's more:

"He just dances for me in private, in some very interesting outfits. He bought me these amazing boots at the Hustler store. They're thigh-high patent leather with a big long zipper. They're hard to get on, but it's worth it."

Does Fergie make Duhamel, 34, dance to her own music? "Make him? He wants to. He likes dancing. I slow dance with him, but I have to stand on his feet because I'm too short. He's 6'3" and I'm 5'4". Luckily I took ballet, so I know how to stand en pointe."

Lucky Fergie! We definitely wouldn't mind getting a peek at Josh's dance moves. It sounds like these two enjoy busting a move together almost as much as working out!

While the origins of Lindsay and Hilary's petty feud are all but forgotten (even to the girls themselves), it wasn't until Hilary's CD release party last night that the girls were actually hanging out together again. LL showed up at The Abbey in LA to help Hilary celebrate the release of Dignity. Perhaps they finally realized that Aaron Carter isn't really worth fighting over? That, or Linds just can't say no to a party. I kid the Lohan. It's cute that the girls were able to hug and make-up. Who knows, do we have a new dynamic duo in town?
