Here it is again. Another interview from a Grey's cast member where they should have just kept quiet. Katherine Heigl told USA Today that she wanted the new Grey's spinoff. Oh cry me a river girl. Here's more:
A: That's what I was hoping, actually. When (creator) Shonda (Rhimes) told us there was going to be a spinoff and Kate was going, I was like, "I wanna go. I wanna go do a spinoff, do something new." But I really love the idea of the spinoff; it could be really interesting. And Kate's so fabulous.
Katherine may have been caught a little off guard with her mom at LAX but after her movie takes off she may need to get used to all the attention more often. She became very popular after last season on Grey's and while I am over Izzie, apparently her new film, Knocked Up is hilarious so maybe I will have a change of heart for Ms Heigl.
For whatever reason (bar closing time), Lindsay Lohan seems a little less self-destructive when she's in Los Angeles. It's a little counter-intuitive, but look at her last week, Hot knock-down-drag-out-fight-with-the-boy Mess, while here she looks okay. Then again, maybe I just feel that way right now because she seems more healthy when she's out and about in the daylight hours. I mean, look at her two nights ago in LA -- that lipstick makes her seem a little off-kilter. Who knows, Lindsay may or may not have ditched that creep Calum, may or may not be wearing a shirt as a dress, probably still isn't a great role model (to put it lightly), but she is definitely still standing. Always a good thing.
It was all about the little black dress as Heidi did a photoshoot in Germany this week for the finale of Germany's Next Top Model. She may have just had her third child and is in her thirties but her modeling career is hotter than ever. Jordache has apparently ditched Liz Hurley as their spokesmodel and hired Heidi to replace her. Klum was even seen posing topless for the company at Chateau Marmont last week. We'd feel bad for Liz, but seeing as she has plenty of other jobs and an extremely wealthy husband, we think she'll be just fine.
And the pics keep coming! Ocean's mania has started in Cannes and we can't get enough. Here are the first images of Matt arriving with his ladies prior to adorableness beyond belief and even more yummy sightings. We welcome all this manjoyment combined with family love but even better is the extra long trailer and interviews the studio just released on Ocean's Thirteen. Courteney, Sheryl and Isla had a little girls' night out at Il Sole Monday night. I'm legitimately beginning to think that the Cox-Arquette's don't know that there are other restaurants in LA. Jen must not have been able to make it, but I'm sure these three ladies had a lot to talk about. Courteney obviously has some valuable mom advice to impart on new mom Sheryl and maybe possibly pregnant Isla. I was pretty convinced for a while there that Isla was having a baby Borat, then I wavered, but these pics of she and Sacha walking Courteney's dogs this weekend have me thinking again that she may be pregs. Who knows. Mom talk or not, a little ladies night on the town is always a good idea.

Johnny Depp kept rockin those blue shades as he jetted from Disneyland to Japan to promote Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. It hasn't been quite the Spider-man 3 world tour - especially without Keira - but this latest installment will still most likely be huge at the box office. Even so, Johnny is still overshadowed in the eyes of two very important critics - his kids Lily Rose and Jack. He said, "I'd get in and say (in Jack Sparrow voice) 'All right kids, everything all right?' And they'd say, 'Dad, come on, I'm watching Spider-Man.' "Oh man, Spider-Man. My boy has gone into that full-on superhero phase. But I refuse to wear the tights."
Most kids would kill to have a pirate for a father, but it's pretty sweet that Johnny's kids are unimpressed. Looks like Johnny will just have to settle for being adored by millions of women worldwide instead.

Brad and Angelina celebrated A Mighty Heart with a little post-premiere dinner in Cannes. They were joined by Mariane Pearl and her adorable son Adam, but left their own cute little clan at the hotel for the night. It definitely seems like Brad is getting more quality time with the little ones these days, but before she started working on Wanted, Angelina claimed that she was going to take time off to help Pax get settled into his new life and family. While that obviously didn't happen right away, Angie is now saying, "I'm working this summer. I'm in Prague for a few months, then I take two months off, then I work for two months. And then I take a year off."
As far as we can tell, it seems like Pax is fitting in just fine with his brothers and sisters. That being said, everyone needs some mommy time, and we're sure Angelina is just as eager to take a break and spend some time with her adorable kids. We wonder if her plan to take another year off could also mean time to get pregnant again. We know this family wants to keep growing so maybe Angie's planning her latest addition as well - but we'll admit we're totally speculating this one folks.
