Alyson Hannigan took advantage of her hiatus from How I Met Your Mother by showing off her new hairdo in Malibu this weekend. I think it looks good, if not a little heavy for the summer months, and it helps make for a pretty cute picture of her out shopping with her husband. It took a while not to just see her as Willow from Buffy, but now I see these and kind of wonder where Marshall is. And when Barney is going to show up, because he rules.
The Affleck family headed out of LA early Saturday morning for the Memorial Day holiday. Maybe the family needed some serious relaxation time, especially after seeing Ben's rant on Real Time with Bill Maher Friday night. As we all know, Ben loves to be involved in politics and this time in particular he really let loose. Check out the video here (NSFW due to foul language) where he talks about Democrats living in fear and being cowards, and then the real name calling begins. I personally prefer the actor version but at least he's got some other interests.

Maggie was dressed all sunny, but acting all surly out with Peter and little Ramona in NYC this Memorial Day. Awww, why so grumps, Maggie? You'd think she would be in a brighter mood considering the great year she has had. In addition to her little bundle of joy, her career is going great -- she was nominated for a Golden Globe and even took over Katie Holmes' role in the next Batman flick, The Dark Knight. Looks like Heidi's two oldest, Leni and Henry were a little cranky before mom got them some frosty treats in NYC over the holiday weekend. Ice cream solves just about any problem when you're that age, doesn't it? Either that or Heidi distracted them with her funny sense of humor. She recently revealed that she has named her breasts Hans and Franz. "They're German," she explained. Considering the fact that she spends a lot of her time modeling underwear, it's no wonder she's decided to name her very valuable assets.
Salma wasn't wearing her fiancé's designer wares, but she was showing off her "Stylish, Sexy and Pregnant" look in a tight t-shirt and skirt this weekend. Forgive me for stating the very very obvious, but how pregnant is she? Super pregnant! She is looking fabulous, too -- definite upgrade in the hair department. You know, not that she can't have as many bad hair days as she wants while we're all waiting to see the bebe.
Kate was looking super fit and wholesome leaving a gym in NYC with her SmartWater this week, but she hasn't lost the Rock'n'Roll edge she shared with her Rock Star ex-husband. She showed off her wild side at a recent Velvet Revolver show in NYC. Page Six reports that she spent the evening hanging out with an older man and showing off her hot black pumps. From there she was off to Pink Elephant for some table dancing! The crazy night seems a bit out of character for mommy Kate. We're sure Owen is kicking himself for missing out!
JT may have his hands full with Jessica Biel and his tour but that doesn't mean he can't fit in another project to keep him busy. He's starting his own music label called Tennman Records as a joint venture with Interscope. He says, "We are all excited about the talent we have to offer already on our roster and I cannot wait to introduce the world to my new discoveries." No word on who he's signed yet but we are definitely intrigued. This seems like a great next step for JT. At least there will be no way he can complain about being taken advantage of when he is in the driver's seat at his own label. Hopefully he'll be able to help others churn out the hits as fast as he can lay down his own!
Oh. Adam Brody. Why were you so flagrantly making out with a random girl outdoors at the Annual Love Ball, Europe's largest AIDS benefit, in Vienna this weekend? So, so blatantly getting busy in the green, green grass. Adam flew into town with Heatherette, the designers highlights at this year's ball, and obviously made himself quite at home at the party. As for his breaking my heart by apparently not getting back together with R-Bils anytime soon, he recently said this to InTouch about his break-up:
No! Not boring! Super Duper Adorable and Precious! Sigh, I guess it's time to move on. Obviously, if Adam is willing to grass stain his jeans in the name of finding new love and Rachel is prancing around town with Hayden, I should accept their break-up too.
