It's T-Minus 5 days until Paris is due to check into her correctional facility, and the heiress is still diligently attending church and catching up on her spiritual reading. She did have a bit of fun this weekend, hosting a Memorial Day BBQ for friends, but apparently happy isn't status quo. On Seacrest this morning, Nicole said that Paris is understandably scared and another source describes Paris saying, "She breaks down crying a lot because she just can't deal with the reality and the pressure of everything that is happening." As for her time in the clink, TMZ is reporting that her cell mate has already been chosen and is someone who is serving time for reckless driving. Aw, well at least they have something in common - questionable driving judgment!
Katherine Heigl was looking fabulous while headed to The Today Show this week in NYC. Everyone seems to be abuzz about her new film Knocked Up and it's making Katherine a little nervous. "[T]here's a lot of pressure I think," she says, "Because you're just always afraid that if it's built up so much, then what if it doesn't do what everyone expects it to do." Critics are already saying it's this summer's Wedding Crashers so the hype is out there. We think it's a great break from all the ridiculous things that have been going on on Grey's. And if the show ends up jumping the shark, she can now fall back on her film career!

Mischa turned on her shape-shifting skills dressing up like old Hollywood legends for the July issue of French Elle. I've always thought that Mischa looks great (plus a little like Kirsten Dunst in the blonde?) in photoshoots and these are no exception. I just wish she could keep herself together so nicely off-camera. There is still only speculation as to why she ended up in the hospital over the weekend, but hopefully M is feeling all better so she can get back to work. And by work I mean putzing around LA, but she should get back to that too.

David Beckham was more than happy to train with his old soccer team in Hertfordshire this week after his Real Madrid teammates threw him an emotional goodbye party. While Posh seems to have no trouble diving into Hollywood life, apparently David is starting to have a bit of anxiety about the move. It seems that David is more of a quiet homebody and would just as soon stay in Madrid where he's made some real friends, while Posh is ready to move on. According to a source, "The bottom line is that she is naturally very excited about moving to Los Angeles, and is bored to tears when David bangs on about how lovely it has been in Madrid and his wonderful friends. It makes her roll her eyes."
While it's understandable that Posh is taking the reigns on her own projects, it does sound like she's being a bit harsh. Whatever the case, we're hoping that once David is on U.S. soil he'll be happy to settle right into his new life - with lots of yummy pics to prove it.
Hilary Duff continues to express her new grown up image in her video for Stranger where she does some sexy belly-dancing! The more mature starlet is also making up with her teen rival, Lindsay Lohan. She said she ended her feud with LL. “Lindsay and I were out at the same place," Duff says, "and we were like, ‘Let’s get this out of the way.’ And she was really nice, and I was really nice... [I]t’s nice to be able to see Lindsay out and say hi, and not have this weird weirdness.” It's great to hear that both girls were on "nice" behavior, but it looks like she'll have to wait a while to reconnect more with Lindsay now that LL is in Promises for the time being.
Heidi was back out in NYC picking up some produce with her two eldest, Leni and Henry, yesterday afternoon. I mean come on, how freaking adorable is Henry?? With the hair and his constantly looking a little pissed off! Love it! We still have a long way to wait for the return of ProjRun (like, December long), but at least we get to see her shiny happy face with the bebes! Honestly, for being a supermodel who should usually be described as smoking hot and has probably seen a lot of crazy things in her life, sometimes Heidi (especially with the kids) is just too cute.
Gwyneth Paltrow and her mom Blythe Danner took cutie pie Apple out for some miniature golf in LA this week. Gwyneth is filming Ironman in LA and has actually been living in the Santa Monica home she grew up in, which Blythe sold for $8.6 million a while back. Apparently she was very upset when her mom sold the house. Lucky for Gwyn, she was recently able to rent the house from the new owner and even had Apple's third birthday party there. Sounds like Gwyneth found a way forgive her mom and still enjoy her old home even if it is temporary.
Usually smoking hot Brad looked a little silly while taking a break from filming The Curious Case of Benjamin Button yesterday, but I suppose the wardrobe can't be held against him. He may be stuck working in Montreal while his kiddies and Angie are back in Prague, but it sounds like the family had a great time over the weekend celebrating Shiloh's birthday. There were balloons (thrilling stuff people)! It's no surprise they had a blast because according to Us, Brad can make a fun time just about anywhere. "One time, when the kids were bored, [Pitt] had them all throwing empty pizza boxes as Frisbees,” says a source. “Obviously, Shiloh was too young to join in, but you could hear her laughing.” Yup, just another glimpse into the life of the rich and famous.
