We had so much fun with your fant-ass-tic comments on Hugh Grant that we've decided to do another Caption It, Sugar contest. This time we've got Janice Dickinson, who obviously had something to say about something in between bites of a pinkberry treat the other day. Just when you thought you had seen everyone at last night's Costume Institute Gala, here's another whole crop of gorgeous celebs who made it out! Christina Ricci had it right when she announced: "It's the East Coast Oscars!" The night was really about the designers, but lucky for us they choose some of our absolute favorites to model their creations on the red carpet -- like Scarlett for Stella McCartney and Lucy for Zac Posen. Cute Adrian and surprisingly subdued looking Sharon came out for a Sober Day USA party in LA last night. The party is thrown annually by famous lawyer Robert Shapiro in memory of his son, Brent, who battled with drugs for years and passed away during relapse at only 25. Diddy and Tom Arnold were among the party's pretty random attendees while DJ AM provided the tunes. Apparently Paris was in the house as well to honor her late friend, but she avoided the red carpet for probably the first time ever.
According to Us, Paris was emotional at the event, but afterwards headed out to the Roxy for a little dancing and singing with her newly reunited publicist Elliot Mintz. Of course. To see more pics including Diddy, DJ AM and more just read more
Paris used pinkberry and shopping to cheer herself up this week, but we're not sure that's going to make her feel better about facing jail time. At least she's still got a few friends, one of whom has started an online petition to have Paris pardoned by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Paris herself even made a plea on her MySpace page for people to "sihn [sic]" the petition. This probably won't have any bearing on her case, especially since the Governor only steps in due to "extraordinary circumstances," which this is most certainly not.

Zach Braff is doing his thang in NYC to help promote The Ex. While the movie looks like it could be really hit or miss, the appeal of Zach, Amanda and Jason Bateman could keep it minorly afloat at the box office. Then again, have you seen what it's up against? No matter how this movie does, Zach's looking like he's feeling pretty good about himself these days. Last week, however, he was reprimanded for taking pictures inside the strictly no-cameras allowed club, Marquee. Braff retaliated by saying that he was just taking photos of himself, and isn't a "celebrity stalker." Yeah, dude, how else is he going to prove he was actually inside the exclusive club? Kidding, kidding. But seriously, he probably needed a new pic for his MySpace.
David and Courteney had a little date night at (where else?) Il Sole in LA last night. It's good to see that David's hair is growing in quickly after that Ripper debacle! Rumors of unrest follow these two everywhere they go, so it's always nice to see them out for a little one-on-one time. Good news for Dirt (and Courteney) fans, as expected the show has been renewed for another season! Yay for dysfunctional tabloid drama! I, for one, am extremely relieved that we'll get to see the outcome of that intense Season One cliffhanger!

Mandy was looking super cute as usual when she stopped by TRL this week to promote her new album, Wild Hope. Mandy's career is really on the up and up, there was even a rumor this week that she was going to replace Kirsten in Spider-Man 4! Mandy says, however, that's just not true, "It's some rampant internet rumour but I would never do it because Kirsten, it's her part and she's done such a great job with it. How can you fill those shoes? I wouldn't go anywhere near that." While we can actually see Mandy filling those shoes pretty well, we'll just be happy with her new album for now. She's just released her first music video, for Extraordinary, and while it's a little bit boring, the song is pretty cute!
