Lindsay took a break from rehab to hit the gym (under supervision of course). Meanwhile things with her family aren't going so smoothly. Her mom-ager Dina is apparently about to make her first visit to Promises. Kind of makes you wonder if she skipped town to avoid the latest custody battle against LL's dad Michael. He was the only parent to show up at a recent hearing only to find out that there's another delay in visitation proceedings because of Dina's absence. He claimed that LL has lost her way since her parents split. Hmm, funny how he didn't mention that they were such poor role models themselves doing drugs and being in jail.

Trying to sift through a million Paris updates...As if we needed a courtroom sketch to prove it, Paris Hilton was obviously not in good spirits when she was sentenced to return to jail this morning. According to the paperwork, Paris is set to serve the original "45 days with appropriate credit," though the heiress is already planning on filing an appeal. Paris will spend the weekend in a medical jail facility called Twin Towers. Sheriff Baca, the man who was in charge of letting Paris out in the first place (and whose job I'm guessing may not last too long), still contends that Paris has "increasingly deteriorating...severe mental problems." Rumor has it that Hilton's mysterious mental condition may be claustrophobia, but who knows. For now, though, I think she'll have to quietly wait through the weekend.

Patrick Dempsey looks like he is having a great time on the set of Made of Honor outside Saks in NYC. I'm sure he's loving being back in the movies, especially considering what a dramafest the set of Grey's Anatomy sounds like. Perhaps some of that tension will be alleviated next season now that Isaiah Washington is off the show. It's hard to imagine Dr. Shepherd without his reluctant friendship with Dr. Burke, but hopefully this new crop of interns will be able to successfully and pleasantly spice up the dynamic. You know, with Derek and Meredith finally maintaining a healthy relationship, of course.

The little ladies of Big Love were on hand for the premiere of the 2nd season in LA this week. Bill Paxton and Executive Producer Tom Hanks also came out for the occasion! Ginnifer is looking adorable but a little pissed off. The only thing that's missing is boyfriend Chris Klein! He must be busy on one of the 5 films he has in the works right now. As for the show, we're dying to see how much of the Henricksen family's secret is actually out. The season premieres on HBO on Monday at 9 PST and is on our list of must watch tv shows of the summer.

Cartier's LoveDay extravaganza continued over in London today where Josh, Sienna and friends attended a Global Cool Lunch. As part of LoveDay, Cartier is donating 10% of the sales from the Love collection to the charity which is close to Josh's heart. Something else close to his heart? The ladies! It seems like every time we hear about Josh he's with a different woman. Most recently he's supposedly hooked up with 21 year-old British model Agyness Deyn, who was seen sitting on his lap the other night at Snitch club in NYC. The week before he was also seen with Penelope! And don't forget his rumored fling with Sienna from just a few months ago.

After admitting that the ladies are all on board for the Sex and the City movie everyone just wants to know more, including Matt who asked her what was up. She said, "I feel more hopeful this time, but there still remains so much stuff, simple, logistical things to be done and hammered out." Kanye West celebrated his 30th birthday in style at the Louis Vuitton store in NYC. It looks like you're never too old for a teddy bear shaped cake! His buddy Jay-Z was in the house, along with Jay's record label all star, the heavily banged Rihanna (whose Umbrella is so hot right now). John Legend performed for the party goers and, of course, looked adorable doing it. Naturally, Pete wore his fanciest guyliner for the event.

Paris Hilton has been ordered to return to jail to serve the remainder of her sentence. According to TMZ, she was taken from the courthouse crying and screaming "Mom, Mom, Mom"...

Update: Paris will file an appeal on her sentence, either this afternoon or Monday morning.
