Lindsay Lohan spent her 21st birthday in a bikini the entire day. She ran on the beach in the morning and changed suits for a party with friends and family in Malibu later that day. While this party looks a lot more tame than a Vegas blowout, LL seems to be having a blast taking pictures of all the cameras focused on her. She may be cleaning up her act but LL's got quite the legal battle ahead of her. We told you that her toxicology report confirmed she had cocaine in her system and now LL's lawyer is saying that the Beverly Hills Police Department is "selling" an "unverified" story. We understand why Lindsay's lawyer isn't happy about the report being leaked but it's no surprise to us that people will pay big time for this info. Let's just hope LL stays clean through this mess.

Kate Hudson looks gorgeous in yellow -- which not many people can pull off -- leaving her Paris hotel on the way to last night's Dior Couture Fashion Show (more on that later). Seeing her in this color totally brings to mind How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days! One man she's not lost yet though is billionaire Ron Burkle, though we still have no idea about the nature of their friendship. You all seemed pretty split on their relationship, but I'm hoping that it's nothing serious. Sigh, I just loved her and Owen together.

Eva & Tony's bachelor(ette) party weekend is over and they have moved on to Paris to prepare for the big event this Saturday. They are obviously stretching their wedding into a week long event, which doesn't just mean parties - it also means presents! Eva and Tony got early surprise gifts from her BFF Mario Lopez. Mario threw down over $10K for some serious his and her bling from the Kwiat Solaris Collection - a bracelet for Eva and a snazzy pin for Tony. From the looks of it, the wedding is going to be pretty swanky, so we're willing to bet the couple can expect many more lavish gifts headed their way.

Is Jessica vying to do with Fuze what Aniston did with smartwater? Because once again she was snapped leaving her personal trainer holding the fruity beverage. Just saying, a big endorsement deal (alongside all that Jessica Simpson brand fashion & beauty stuff) would be a good call for Jess considering how poorly her acting career sounds like it's going. Either way, girlfriend's looking darn fit these days -- maybe she should get back into the exercise tape industry? Obviously, and inexplicably, I'm still rooting for Jess after all these years.

It was back to the PDAs for Len & Kate in NYC yesterday. It's great to see how in love these two are -- so sweet. Plus, he obviously loves shopping...or at least puts up with her love of it. Unfortunately, Len's directorial project Live Free Or Die Hard couldn't beat out the chef rat at the box office this weekend, but how could he let it get him down when he's got his gorgeous wife by his side?

We've never been a fan of Scarlett's nasty nose ring - even when she tries to dress it up. She decided it was time to bust it out again on a walk in NYC this weekend. In fact, this time she paired it with a tattoo (please be fake). Clearly the rebellious teenager still lurks inside her but you would think the fashionista would know better than to mismatch her greens. It looks like some kind of army camouflage gone horribly wrong. Basically we're just confused about what exactly is happening here since it's not pretty and we're so used to thinking Scarlett is one sexy starlet.

Adam Brody had a little bit of trouble getting into Eleven nightclub in LA this weekend. Not sure what the problem is, but Adam looks to have taken some time to ponder the situation. Obviously, he's still pretty lost without the Bilson, but I'm starting to forgive the scruff. Perhaps he was striking that thinking pose in order to concoct a Seth Cohenesque plot to get in? Sigh, I know, I know, I should probably stop calling him Seth Cohen at some point. Maybe when he gets a new job someday.
