Happy Friday and while I wouldn't usually Manjoyment Mr. Dempsey, something about his weary eyes and floppy hair at LAX are kinda hot. He is definitely on the J Lo train of aging backwards. Dr. Shepherd was left out of this year's Emmy Nominations, but the actors of Grey's who did get the nods are sure to stir up a bit of controversy. Katherine Heigl, Chandra Wilson and Sandra Oh are all nominated in the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series category while the only male cast member to get the nod was T.R. Knight. At least Isaiah Washington has his new TV role to drown his sorrows. I'm still thinking that all the Grey's nominees will be beat out by Sopranos actors, but, hey, it's anyone's game. Until then, I'll stick to looking at McDreamy.

That Hawaiian vacation sure did the Afflecks well. The couple have been looking better and better lately. Of course, this family is beautiful no matter what, but we love getting a glimpse of Ben all cleaned up and Jennifer looking sophisticated, complete with a Chloe bag instead of a backpack! Of course Violet's been looking fabulous as well, but she's the one member of the family who is consistently cute.

The stars of CBS came out last night to celebrate at the 2007 Summer TCAs. First and foremost, I love seeing Oliver Hudson and his wife just about anywhere, so that is definitely a special treat. Alyson Hannigan looked seriously summer-y with her huge earrings and maxi dress, but obviously glowing fresh off How I Met Your Mother's Emmy nominations. Unfortunately, her fabulous costars weren't there to walk the red carpet with her. For some reason, I find that Jennifer Love Hewitt is growing on me these days. That being said, I've never once seen Ghost Whisperer. In case you missed any of the fun CBS news, check it out over on Buzz. Jericho fans must be so proud! Buzz and Pop missed this bit of the TCAs, but they'll be back next week for the Fox, ABC & CW days -- any questions for those network stars?

After the exhaustion of debuting her new clothing line for Mango with her gorgeous sister Monica, Penelope stayed in Ibiza for a little fun in the sun. And some serious all hours dirty house music clubbing? Hey, who knows. Of course, Penelope looks fabulous in her bikini, but I'm not loving that grandma blazer. Hot stuff. I know I've made this guess before, but I'm thinking that after this she may finally be making her way to start filming that Woody Allen movie with ScarJo in Barcelona. Catherine Zeta-Jones headed to Rome to hang out with some of the cast and crew of her upcoming movie No Reservations. Lately CZJ has kept a lot of her interviews about her family, but she's finally started giving us some details about the movie too - with a Michael Douglas mention, of course. She told USA Today,

I'd been looking for a while to do a different character, to show my more vulnerable side. I don't often ask Michael straightaway to read a script, but this touched me, and I said, 'Do me a favor and read the script, because I think I should move on this quickly.' He read it and said it would be really great for me."

She also dished on the diva rumors about her using caviar in her hair to make it look so beautiful. She told USA Today, "I'm not that dumb.... it'd be in my stomach, not on my head." Sounds like she has a great sense of humor and we're excited to see her return to the big screen.

Britney dressed in her finest satin pillowcase stopped by a friend's house on the way to her music video shoot yesterday. The dress may have been a bit too short, but at least Brit was a good girl and wearing underwear. Who knows when the need to swim will strike, after all. Britney may finally be getting back to her music career, but she's apparently also pretending to explore other options. Recently she was out at Hollywood hotspot Les Deux and asked for a job application; she even followed up a few days later and asked if she could design her own outfit. The sad part - she somehow convinced the employees she was serious rather than just being bratty and messing with their heads. Something tells me that Brit's not going to be serving drinks anytime soon.

Perhaps as part of her efforts to be a better person, Paris kept her partying eco-friendly at BPM magazine's Green 11th anniversary party last night. It looks like she's not ready to hit the red carpet with Tyler Atkins, but her latest beach boy toy isn't out of the picture yet. In fact, he's already gushing about the time he's been spending with Paris, saying, "She is a really smart, amazing girl and we share similar interests. She's a cool girl and we're having a really great time enjoying each other's company." Sounds like someone is a little smitten with Ms. Hilton - maybe if he's lucky, she'll even let him pick up the tab on the next run to Taco Bell.
