With Mom Angelina off in Iraq and Syria, Brad took his eldest girl for a little father/daughter time in NYC yesterday. Aaaaand it's precious. They had ice cream and went to the museum and visited the park and took a carriage ride. Love. It. Meanwhile, Shiloh continued not to be able to participate in any of the fun family NY time. What gives? Many celebrity dads make my stone cold heart melt, but maybe Brad most of all. He just seems to love every second of it. Plus, you just know Z has Brad Dad wrapped around her little finger.

One thing is for sure - Britney does not know how to lay low. Even during all the bad press from the ongoing custody battle she has to make time to get out and shop. She may not have time to fill up her car with gas, but she can make time to buy more clothes. I guess it's better than hitting bars but she's still going clubbing. This time the singer (yes, she's working on that long awaited comeback so she still gets to use that title) went to Club Monaco where she may have stocked up on another new favorite, the LBD. We wish she bought some new boots since as y'all know, we can't stand these! As much as it's been a bit of bad news Britney overload, the pop fan in us is still looking forward to hearing her new single.

Chloe, Prada, Chanel Oh My! Jennifer Garner is sure making up for that unfashionable backback - next up shoes! The actress seems to be showing off her latest purchase as she made her way through security at LAX yesterday. She's headed to Japan for a junket before she jets back to the states to get working on rehearsals for Cyrano de Bergerac in NYC. Jen's trip will mark the first time that she spends away from her adorable Violet, leaving Ben on full-time Daddy duty. The farmer's market won't be the same without Jen, but based on how adorable Ben is with Violet, we think they'll do just fine.

Speaking of Ben, he's the newest big star to add his name to He's Just Not That Into You. You guys aren't worried about too much star power in the film, so the more, the merrier.

Hilary Duff looked utterly smitten walking around NYC with her new boyfriend Canadian NHL player Mike Comrie. After her big Teen Choice Awards hosting gig, she obviously deserved a little vacation time with her man. It must have been a weird year for Hilary watching her first serious boyfriend (I don't think Aaron Carter counts) get so intense with Nicole and all of a sudden be having a baby with her, but I'm glad to see that she's moving on just fine. I know it's a little bit immature -- but eat your heart out Joel, she's just as happy without you.

A windblown Penelope Cruz headed out of Nobu in London last night with her co-star and adamantly just friend Javier Bardem. They must be taking a little break from shooting the Woody Allen Barcelona movie that they've been working on with Scarlett. While we continue to wait patiently for Woody to finally give that film a title, we can check out his next movie, Cassandra's Dream, which hits theaters at the end of November. It stars both Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor and is one of Buzz's Bad Boys Movies of the Fall.

Beyonce and Diddy aren't the only celebs in Vegas to show off their clothing lines -- Mandy (MBLEM), Lauren Conrad (self-named) and Wilmer (Calavena) all hawked their wares at MAGIC too. That's a lot of celebrity fashion lines in one big room. Mandy's got a hand in everything these days, but for Lauren this line (which you can read more about here) is really her first foray beyond reality TV (and, uh, being an intern). Well, as long as it puts a smile on her face it's all good -- the end of the show was pretty weepy last night. Do you think JustinBobby is gone for good? Britney's white convertible is so new it's still got the dealership's stickers on it, but she's already gotten it in its share of car trouble. First she was pulled over on her way to Vegas on Friday and today she ran out of gas driving in Beverly Hills. Whoops. At least it looks like it didn't disturb sleeping JJ. Great news for Britney fans: that song we heard last week is NOT her comeback song, and her real new single, "Gimme More" will drop as soon as next week! Not only that, but it's an upbeat dance track produced by Timbaland's protege Nate ''Danjahandz'' Hills -- which is definitely a relief to hear. This makes a lot more sense since it's the song she made the video for. I'm still wary of getting my hopes too high, but this might actually be the Britney track people are waiting for.
