In the wake of Britney's newest scandalous set of photos, Kevin Federline has filed papers today to be granted more custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Kevin and Britney agreed to 50/50 last week when their divorce was finalized, but even then there were rumors that Kevin would be back in court shortly to try to win more custody of the two little boys.

The details of what Kevin is asking for are under wraps, but I wouldn't be surprised if he was looking to use Brit's latest bad behavior as leverage to get full custody of SP and JJ. I have a feeling that this is only going to get more messy from here.

In the midst of the Spice Girl reunion frenzy and Eddie Murphy drama, we (and the rest of the world) seem to have missed the fact that Melanie Brown got married to her boyfriend, Stephen Belafonte back in June. The small secret wedding was an intimate affair in Las Vegas. That being said, we wish the couple all the best and hope Mel has finally found herself a man that will treat her well. Unfortunately, it looks like we may have to wait to get all the juicy details, as the Spice Girl has canceled her scheduled spot on Larry King because she's feeling a bit under the weather. Seems like she's having a fine time enjoying the weather to us, but we'll let it slide since she's obviously enjoying being a newlywed.

Leonardo DiCaprio is looking sharp in his 50's style suit and fedora on the set of Revolutionary Road. We were so excited to hear that Leo and Kate Winslet were reuniting since Titanic still holds a special place in our hearts. Even though these two have come a long way since then, Leo still has a lot of love for his co-star, saying,

"She's definitely an adult now. She's got children, she's married, she's very settled ... [and] I'm still exactly the same. It's great to catch up [with Kate]. And as much as we have grown up since that movie, we're still kind of the same people that we were when we did that movie. ... We've just enjoyed being around each other." Aww. Sienna made the most of her vacation in Spain by chilling out on the beach with some of her friends today. She may be taking a break from hitting the clubs with Diddy, but it looks like she still enjoyed a cocktail or two. Diddy's ex Kim Porter denies that Sienna had anything to do with her most recent split from the hip hop mogul so maybe Miss Miller and the Diddy really are just good friends. Either way it doesn't look like too rough of a life for the (yet to be seen) September Vogue cover girl.

David Beckham spent the day training to get that ankle back in fighting shape in Washington, DC today. Becks may still be flashing that gorgeous smile for the cameras, but he's obviously not happy about having to spend most of his inaugural season on the Galaxy sitting on the sidelines. Lucky for David (and my Dad who will be in the stands), he might get some playing time on Thursday night. As for his ankle, Becks said, "It's getting better. It's improving every day. A lot of people, including myself, want it to improve quicker."

Paris Hilton took a break from the interesting bathing suits and beach time for a trip into town yesterday. She was supposedly on her way into the recording studio to get working on that second album. Oh yes, we're not done hearing Paris sing yet, not even close. Not only is she releasing another cd, but lest we forget about her impending rock opera. We're not getting off that easy in terms of Paris' plans for world domination, she recently said she wants to, "Own my own hotels, restaurants, my own Paris stores. There's a lot more to do. I want to be a real estate mogul." It must have been an oversight that she forgot to mention her charity work. Wink.

Fresh off her wild bachelorette weekend in Vegas, Kate Walsh happily looked on as her stuff was packed into moving vans. In the midst of shooting Private Practice and planning her upcoming nuptials, Kate also found the time to throw down $4.75 million for a new house for her and her fiancé. It's less than a mile away from her current location, but includes a wine room, media room and a pool house amongst other fancy extras. Sounds like Kate's making big moves in her life - hopefully her new show will be successful enough to maintain her new fancy lifestyle.

George loves Hollywood glamour but he's also a man who gives back. Obviously George could enjoy the finer life in Como all year round however he's still working hard on projects he's passionate about.
