Demi, Emmy & Diane are NY Fashion Week troopers! They ran around from front row to party to front row and look as fresh faced as ever taking in the Donna Karan show this morning, the final half day of FW. Rosario looks great, too of course, but she's played it a little more low key this week. The rumor mill may still be working overtime after Britney's VMA performance, but at least the pop star still has her priorities somewhat in order. Brit was back in Beverly Hills today to celebrate the first birthday of Jayden James. Kevin already threw a pool party in both Jayden and Sean Preston's honor, but it looks like Brit had her youngest all to herself today. Maybe a little down time with her precious boys is just what she needs right now to help get her mind off all the media for a little while.

Kate Moss looked every bit the proud mama back from vacation in St. Tropez and picking up little Lila Grace after school. From more Topshop to new charity projects, the supermodel obviously has a pretty full schedule but certainly makes time for her adorable little girl. Kate's hair looked especially fabulous among the other parents, as it should - she is gearing up to launch a haircare line with her friend and hairstylist James Brown (she's already posed for the simple, gorgeous ads). She's got the golden touch these days, so I can't imagine this latest venture will be any different.

We've seen Keira Knightley all over promoting Atonement, but she's actually pulling double duty at the Toronto Film Festival. Keira went for a delicate Victorian look at the premiere of another new film called Silk. In the movie, she plays the wife of a silk merchant who is sent to Japan where he falls in love with another woman. Both of her projects seem to be a lot more serious than say, Pirates of the Caribbean, but maybe Keira was just ready to get back into some heavier stuff. After promoting her new movie and supporting her man at the Toronto Film Festival, Charlize was back to work on the set of John Hancock in LA. Obviously Will isn't the only one who gets to be a big superhero in the movie - check out Charlize the strong woman lifting a truck! Charlize has been everywhere lately, from Belize to Venice and somehow managed to look pretty fabulous through it all. In this past issue of Parade, Charlize talks about babies and being wild. Here's more:

• “Getting pregnant doesn’t excite me, but having kids does. I know I’ll be a mother someday. It’s just that…I don’t really want to look like a whale, you know? But I’m sure the idea of something growing inside you is pretty powerful.”
• “I’m tired of political correctness,” she adds. “It’s like we’re sitting on this high horse or walking this really strict line every day. And I’m just like, ‘It is good to be wild and imaginative, and it is good to have an improper laugh. It’s good and it’s healthy.’ I am so blessed to be surrounded by people who agree with that.... I don’t want to be obnoxious, but I want to be truthful. I’m a very aware, observant human being. I think that’s why I’m an actor.”

Well we bet many of you don't think calling pregnant women whales is very politically correct but she does make a point about wanting to be less strict in life. Besides, we have a feeling Charlize would be a pretty gorgeous pregnant lady.

Mary-Kate snuck out of the Manhattan Barneys, Blackberry Curve in hand, yesterday afternoon. She's been talking a lot recently about all her experiences in the tabloids and with the paparazzi, but one thing she told Harper's is that she doesn't shop as much as it looks. She said, "They take photos of us going into our offices, and it’s ‘Mary-Kate and Ashley shopping again. But I’m going to work for eight hours, and we’re working so hard. … It just shows how people want to think of you." Fine, MK, I'll take your word for it - but this looks an awful lot like you're shopping. Just saying.
