Lindsay Lohan stepped outside to indulge her (hopefully) last remaining vice - cigarettes - at rehab in Utah yesterday. It looks like she's stepped up the sass factor out of her gym clothes and into some hot heels and skinny jeans. Yes, here's the Lohan we love, b*tchface and all. Not that I didn't totally believe outdoorsy Lohan, or anything. Now I just wish she would go back to her natural red hair.

Lindsay's been shacked up at Cirque Lodge for over a month now, wherein she's managed to get out of jail (basically) free and reconcile with her estranged father. Of course, the longer she stays away the better for her health and the more chances there are that she'll be successful in her recovery and according to her "rehab BFF" Tony Allen (who naturally felt the need to talk as soon as he left Cirque) that is just what she is focusing on doing. He told Extra, "She’s getting better every day. She’s very healthy, very positive. She wants to present that to her public, to the people who care about her.” Hopefully LL is okay with this dude talking to the press. The last thing she needs is to feel betrayed by friends again. I will say, though, I'm starting to wonder when she's going to return to LA.

Vanessa Hudgens was all set to make an appearance on The Tonight Show, but she suddenly had to cancel at the last minute. We have to assume that this is directly related to her nude photo scandal, especially since the rumors haven't died down much in the last week. Most of you don't think her career with Disney is over, but skipping promotional appearances can't be a good sign.

While some TV stars have already put their Emmy party hats on, others are taking their clothes off for a good cause. Eva Longoria, David Boreanaz and Felicity Huffman are just a handful of celebs that attended an LA fundraiser yesterday for Clothes Off Our Back, an organization through which stars auction off their outfits, gowns and accessories for charity. While we wouldn't mind being on the receiving end of Eva's fabulous red dress - we're more excited to see what our favorite stars put together for the Emmy red carpet on Sunday.

David Duchovny stopped off to enjoy a treat at pinkberry yesterday afternoon. He was looking a little sub-par in his outdoorsy adventure pants (built in belt? Check), though I will say that he has totally grown on me as a womanizer watching Californication. I gave the show a chance since it comes on right after Weeds, but I'm loving it more and more every week. Definitely happy to hear that it has already been renewed for another season - maybe next year we'll be writing about David's Emmy Nomination. Speaking of those (aren't we always) - have you filled out your ballot yet? Doooo it.

Charlize Theron and Stuart Townsend have been together for almost seven years now, and if you've been wondering when the wedding will be, you could be waiting for a long time. Apparently these two decided to skip the ceremony and the legal binding and jump right to calling each other husband and wife. Here's more:

"I'm married," Townsend told PEOPLE this week. "I didn't do a church wedding or anything, but we're married. We're husband and wife."

"We love each other and we want to spend our lives together," the 34-year-old actor said about his nearly seven-year relationship with Theron, 32, who he calls "the greatest woman I've ever met."

"We didn't have a ceremony," he added. "I don't need a certificate or the state or the church to say otherwise. So no there's no big official story on a wedding, but we are married. ... I consider her my wife and she considers me her husband."

Well, to each his own right? We would've loved to see beautiful Charlize all decked out in white, but we all know by now that she's not always the most traditional type of girl.

Little Mary-Kate Olsen stopped by Conan last night on her (hopefully lengthy) promotional tour for Weeds. She looked great, was in awesome spirits and, legitimately made me laugh! Who knew she was funny? Loves it. Meanwhile, why is she so bad at humming the Full House theme song? What gives? I could sing whatever happened to predictability... in my sleep. Yeah, maybe that's just me.

Kate Moss stepped out in London today with her new boyfriend, Jamie Hince. It doesn't look like these two are ready for long hand-holding sessions in front of the paparazzi yet, but it sure seems like Kate is moving on from Pete - yay! The bad news is that part of the reason Kate was attracted to him in the first place is that he reminds her of Pete. Hopefully the similarities between Kate's men don't go far beyond their love for music - we wouldn't want to see her with another guy who doesn't have his act together.
