Britney Spears put on her finest purple satin sleeveless shirt and blue contacts for a late night visit to a Malibu tanning salon yesterday. Where does she even find shirts like that? I'm sure it's designer, too. She left her precious bff boys at home for this venture (which is probably for the best since there were rumors that she tried to put them in a tanning bed at one point). Mostly it's just shocking to have a whole day of news with nothing about Britney - refreshing really. Let's see how long she can keep it up.

Brad found time in his very busy schedule to get all passionate about the environment and current events with Angie by his side. First they headed to the Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting where Brad asked for support for his Make It Right Program, working to rebuild homes in New Orleans. After that, Angelina met with Antonio Guteres to talk about educational issues for refugees, and tonight she'll speak about the education system in Darfur and Iraq. Whew! Hopefully at the end of their intense day these two will relax and unwind with a bottle of wine.

Wes Anderson and his stars, the amazingly adorable Natalie Portman and Jason Schwartzman premiered their short film, Hotel Chevalier at the Soho Apple Store in NYC last night. The 13 minute movie is meant to be watched in conjunction with Wes' feature length Darjeeling Limited which will premiere at the NY Film Festival on Friday. If you didn't make it to this screening last night, you're in luck, Hotel Chevalier is free right now on iTunes! Check out all the information on how to get it here! I just watched it, and beyond being a sucker for all things Wes/Natalie/Jason, enjoyed the vignette (with its awesome special LV luggage) thoroughly. I will warn you - it's a little NSFW. Kiefer was looking very Jack Bauer-ish in his suit and sunglasses yesterday. Unfortunately he wasn't all dressed up for saving the word from terrorists, but was headed to meet his lawyer about his Monday night DUI. We're big fans of Kiefer's and of 24, so hopefully all these legal issues won't get in the way of filming season 7. It sounds like the execs at FOX have a few surprises in store for us already (including the return of Tony!) and we'd much rather enjoy the show knowing that Kiefer was out of trouble.

Kirsten Dunst isn’t letting her split from rocker boyfriend Johnny Borrell slow her down. She was spotted yesterday having lunch with another rocker-type guy at Joan's in LA, just barely missing ex-boyfriend Jakey G. Since wrapping up How to Lose Friends and Alienate People, Kirsten has been busy directing her Glamour short, titled Welcome. The film is based on a ghost story submitted by a Glamour reader and stars Winona Ryder. It will debut on October 9th, along with Kate Hudson’s short film. In the meantime, Kirsten looks all wrapped up with her new man (presumably discussing the joys of wearing all black).

The newly married Steve Martin was on the set of Pink Panther 2 in Massachusetts yesterday looking like he lost a fight with a fire. Steve may not be a regular on the pages of PopSugar but it's a slow news week and we're not afraid to admit we're huge fans. How could you not love this guy? LA Story, Parenthood and of course, Father of the Bride, were just a few of our favorites. There is something about Steve that always brings a big smile to our faces even when he's all messy like in these pictures.
