Kate Bosworth continued her tour of London yesterday by stopping by the Frieze Art Fair in Regent's Park. She was joined by Emma Watson, who was fresh from Paris Fashion Week and a stateside college tour. A shorter-haired Lily Allen also stopped to see the works — how do you think her new 'do compares with Kate Moss's bob? Kate's usual British companion, her boyfriend James Rousseau, wasn't by her side, but they're sure to fit in lots of other fun sight-seeing while she's in his home country.

Ryan Phillippe and Eva Green showed off their serious faces on the red carpet at the premiere of Franklyn at the London Film Festival today. While Eva didn't have a problem being Ryan's arm candy, his girlfriend Abbie Cornish was back in the states gushing about him. At the Jay-Z/DJ AM concert, Abbie said, "Ryan Phillippe is a gorgeous guy and I love him." Sounds like Abbie's pretty smitten with her man, and we can't deny that Ryan's not too bad to look at.

Gwyneth Paltrow and her 2-year-old son Moses were hand-in-hand as they walked around London earlier today. Moses looked like a mini badass all suited up for the Fall weather in his little puffer jacket, baby Crocs, and sporty blue shades, even bringing Mr. Potato Head along for the trip. Gwyneth's mood seemed considerably lighter than it did yesterday when the upsetting news of her friend Madonna's divorce hit headlines, but seeing Moses all decked out, it's no wonder Gwyneth has a big smile on her face.

Victoria Beckham and her black dVb jeans moved from Germany to Spain today for a promotional event in Madrid. While the spotlight was on her pants, we were more interested in the crazy heels she wore — since this is the second pair we've seen on Posh, they must be fantastical new favorites for Spring. While she and David are busy all over the world, their boys are back in LA. Romeo and Cruz kicked around a soccer ball yesterday, and it looks like they were missing their dad overseas in their jerseys — though they were showing support for Chelsea rather than any of dad's teams.

Lauren Conrad wore studded ankle boots, tights, and an oversize shirt that barely kept her covered while out to dinner with friends at Katsuya in West Hollywood last night. She looked happy as she left the restaurant, and maybe her reconciliation with Heidi is helping put a spring in her step. Of course there are still issues with Audrina, but maybe walking away from The Hills will allow LC to finally work out her problems without the pressure of the cameras.
