Well, there's yet to be confirmation from either half of the couple, but according to Access Hollywood and a source close to the couple, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are indeed engaged to be married. The whispers started when Mariah was seen flashing this ridiculous ring at the Tribeca premiere of her movie Tennessee.
