John Krasinski flashed a big grin in his typical Jim Halpert attire on a break from shooting The Office this week. Jenna Fischer was also spotted hanging out by the trailers, which of course is making us think about all of the fun on last night's episode. Seeing this onscreen couple all dressed up for the Emmys was a treat, but having them back to flirting in the office on Thursday nights is even better. Even if it didn't make our list of 15 Fall shows to watch, Jim and Pam still get an honorable mention.

David and Victoria Beckham arrived in style at Macy's in NYC today to launch their his and hers fragrances. Decked out in gray and black, the handsome duo were fierce as ever though there was no sign of those smiles Posh is supposedly full of these days. Can't say I blame her though, because in those thigh high heel-less Antonio Berardi boots I can't imagine her mind is on much other than trying to stay standing. Just another look that only Victoria Beckham could pull off with her gorgeous husband on her arm and there to help her if she gets a little bit tired of standing on her tip toes.

Ellen Pompeo sported her sunglasses while out to lunch with a friend in Los Feliz yesterday before the two-hour season premiere of Grey's Anatomy. After waiting all Summer we finally got see what happens between Meredith and Derek, plus a new character and drama for all our old favorites. Grey's is on our list of 15 Fall shows, but after seeing last night's episode, are you happy to have it back on your TiVo?

Reese Witherspoon looked fab in her comfy dress and hot shoes as she and Deacon walked out of the toy store with a big bag of goodies in LA yesterday. Reese has been keeping busy with her kids between trips to visit Jake overseas, but soon it will be her turn to start managing a full schedule. With Four Christmases hitting theaters around Thanksgiving, there's sure to be plenty of Reese's big smile all over the promotional circuit — even if she's not exactly excited to spend lots of time with Vince again.

She looked like she may have been off to yoga class in her cropped pants, though she wasn't toting her eco-friendly mat around this time. Judging from her reading up on Multiple Personalities Disorder, Halle's hard at work preparing to play a woman with the disorder in Frankie and Alice. Halle's clearly got plenty of things to keep busy, though she seems happiest on her outings with baby Nahla in her arms.
