She arrived in London this morning and was ready by the afternoon for a photo call at a Westfield shopping center. Rihanna's back in the UK after being there just two weeks ago and it looks like she'll be spending even more time there — today's press event was to announce her upcoming UK tour in the late Spring. Despite her always hectic schedule, Rihanna managed to find the time to get some new ink during her time in the Big Apple.

2009 was a big one for the Jolie-Pitts, though they didn't add to their big family this year! First up was awards season, which included Oscar nominations for both Brad and Angelina. His worldwide promotional tour for Benjamin Button included a stop in Japan, where Knox and Vivienne made their public debut. Soon, Brad kicked off red carpets for Inglourious Basterds and Angelina started to film Salt, but of course there was time for philanthropic projects in New Orleans, Iraq, and Syria, among others.
