Kirsten Dunst went solo to stop by Barneys New York in Beverly Hills on Saturday, and later she stepped out with boyfriend Jason Boesel to visit the American Rag boutique. The BlackBook cover girl had some fun trying on hats during her holiday shopping trip, and sported her current favorite trench coat during the day of retail therapy. She and Jason have been going strong for over a year, but on screen, Kirsten recently got romantic with Ryan Gosling in the thriller All Good Things. The actress has several acting projects hitting theaters in 2011, but she recently told us she plans to spend more time behind the camera directing films in the future.

Sienna Miller caught a flight out of LAX last week, luckily landing in London before the weekend snowfall ending up closing Heathrow airport yesterday. She was able to join Jude Law in England, where they're apparently setting up home in their new $12 million mansion. Sienna skipped out on the fun today as Jude headed over to Primrose Hill to sled with children Rudy, Iris, and Rafferty. He and Sienna are wrapping up a year full of bikini and shirtless getaways in weather much warmer than the current temperatures in the UK. Sienna and Jude have already started celebrating the Christmas season, though she's apparently not joining him on the big day with his ex-wife, Sadie Frost.

Katie Holmes wore a big smile as she stepped out of the Plaza Hotel in NYC today. She was joined by Tom Cruise and a shy Suri, who cuddled into dad's shoulder. The family spent a big weekend celebrating Katie's 32nd birthday in the city with a trip to The Nutcracker, dinner and drinks out, and multiple trips to the gym. The Cruises once again earned a spot in our most adorable celebrity families of the year slideshow as they wrap up another eventful 12 months.

Jay-Z performed with U2 in Perth on Saturday in front of more than 55,000 fans. He and Beyonce Knowles are spending some time Down Under for Jay's concert series with the band following his appearance on Oprah's big Australian special last week. He surprised a boys' school with his performance on the TV show, while Beyonce had a surprise of her own for her husband earlier this month — she gifted him with a $2 million Bugatti sports car to mark his 41st birthday! The power couple are in the running for this year's sexiest duo, and while they weren't in the States to celebrate Thanksgiving, perhaps they'll exchange a few more presents at home during the upcoming holidays.

Paris Hilton was decked out in a leather bodysuit on Saturday to launch her own MotoGP racing team in Madrid. She then slipped out of her form-fitting gear and put on her party shoes for a late night performance at the city's Fabrik club. It's been another whirlwind year for Paris after she landed behind bars this Fall, though her mug shot ranked among your favorites. Hopefully 2011 will involve less legal drama for the fun loving heiress, who's evidently still going strong with boyfriend Cy Waits.
