Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux left her NYC apartment earlier today carrying overnight bags and wearing matching fedoras. Jen's trip to the Big Apple was jam-packed with TV appearances in addition to a few social and philanthropic outings with Justin. He was on hand to support Jen during last week's premiere of Five, which airs tonight at 9/8c on Lifetime. Jen teamed up with Demi Moore, Alicia Keys, and an all-star cast on the five short films aimed at raising breast cancer awareness during the month of October. Their trip wasn't all work related, Jen and Justin let loose Saturday night and partied with pal Ben Stiller following his SNL hosting duties. Ben surprised the audience by bringing back the character of Derek Zoolander during Weekend Update, but it seems he didn't convince his Zoolander costar Justin to reprise his role as the evil DJ from their '90s cult classic.

George Clooney gave his girlfriend Stacy Keibler a big hug Friday when she arrived in Mexico! The couple are south of the border with friends to enjoy a vacation together. George deserves a little rest and relaxation following his whirlwind press tour to support his latest film. George's Ides of March was well reviewed ahead of its opening on Friday, and it earned a respectable second place at the box office, just behind Hugh Jackman's Real Steel. Promoting the film brought George to film festivals in Venice and Toronto and to premieres in both LA and NYC. Stacy turned out for the Hollywood screening, but George was rolling solo when we chatted with him at last Wednesday's Big Apple event. Now George and Stacy are free to get shirtless or throw on a bikini to lounge by the pool. At this time last year, George was in Cabo with then-girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis. She's not mourning her relationship with George, though. Elisabetta Canalis is dating True Blood's Mehcad Brooks, apparently, and the two were seen on a date last week.

Kate Moss wore a sparkly sheath dress as she joined Jamie Hince, as well as her longtime friend Stella McCartney and her husband Alasdhair Willis, for Paul McCartney's wedding this weekend. Paul and Nancy Shevell tied the knot in front of friends and family yesterday in London before heading out for their honeymoon today. Paul even penned a special song for Nancy that he performed during the festivities. It's been a celebratory few weeks for the McCartneys overall, with Stella marking her 40th birthday with not one, but two, big bashes. Kate Hudson and Gwyneth Paltrow were on hand for the first party in mid-September in London, while Gwen Stefani showed up for the second soiree there last week — Kate Moss, for her part, made the scene at both events in honor of her fashionable friend.

Beyoncé Knowles brought her baby bump and husband Jay-Z shopping at Intermix in NYC on Saturday. Kanye West also joined them for the outing, but that didn't stop Jay-Z and Beyoncé from showing some sweet PDA. The couple has been hanging around the Big Apple lately, and Jay-Z was spotted in the stands at Yankee Stadium just last week. His team was knocked out of the playoffs by the Detroit Tigers, but Jay-Z still has plenty to celebrate. Jay-Z and Beyoncé's first baby is due in February, and the singer recently bared her growing belly in her new video for "Countdown." Her pregnancy doesn't seem to be slowing her down too much, though she did skip a trip to England for the Michael Forever tribute concert over the weekend. Beyoncé still honored Michael Jackson at the event by appearing in a video performance, which was introduced by Michael's children Prince, Paris, and Blanket.

Courteney Cox touched down at LAX yesterday with her Cougar Town costar Brian Van Holt and daughter Coco Arquette. The trio returned to the West Coast after their latest getaway. Brian, Courteney, and Coco vacationed together last Spring around the time the Cougar Town season finale was shooting in Hawaii. Brian and Courteney's show will return midseason this year, and she even got behind the camera to direct. Her estranged husband, David Arquette, is also venturing into new work territory with a stint on Dancing With the Stars. David chatted with Jay Leno recently about the mature advice Coco gave him. Seven-year-old Coco said, "Try to be calm, breath, feel the wind in your hair, and meditate if you can."
