Tina Fey, her husband Jeff Richmond, and their 6-year-old daughter Alice stepped out with baby Penelope Athena earlier this week for a visit to the Botanical Gardens in the Bronx. Tina, Jeff, and Alice welcomed Penelope to the family in August, and doted on the adorable little one as they pushed her around in her stroller during a warm day in NYC. It was Penelope's first public outing, but Tina was back in action just a little over a month after the baby's birth, stepping out for the Emmy Awards with friends like her fellow funny lady Amy Poehler. Tina and Amy, who were both up for awards in the best actress in a comedy category, even helped stage the cute pageant-style moment that the nominees shared before Melissa McCarthy was announced as the big winner. Meanwhile, Tina is spending some time at home with her family before 30 Rock returns to the airwaves. The comedy's sixth season will be back in January as a midseason premiere.

Beyoncé Knowles had an umbrella-holding assistant by her side today in NYC as she juggled her purse and a shopping bag. The expectant singer stepped out in a MOMU charity snakeskin top and bowler hat during the rainy day in the Big Apple, rocking the latest look in the rotation of baby-bump friendly fashions she's sported lately. Beyoncé is launching a maternity line with House of Deréon, the clothing company she runs with her mother, giving other moms-to-be the chance to emulate her pregnancy style. B, who is due in February, has been pursuing plenty of new projects since announcing her baby news in August. Last week she debuted the video for "Countdown" and an early preview of her November Harper's Bazaar cover story was just unveiled on Tuesday.

Hugh Jackman arrived at London's Buckingham Palace tonight dressed in a suit and tie for a face-to-face meet and greet with the Queen of England. Elle Macpherson joined Hugh and other popular Australians at the reception hosted by her majesty. Hugh was beaming ear to ear all night long, and it may be that he's still basking in the success of Real Steel's first-place finish at the box office over the weekend. His robocentric family flick took home first place with $27.3 million, beating out George Clooney and Ryan Gosling's political drama The Ides of March. In addition to the film's success, Hugh also celebrated his 43rd birthday yesterday. The date proved to be twice as meaningful this year as Hugh also launched a new company, Laughing Man, on the date. The philanthropic brand sells fair trade coffee, tea, chocolates, and gear and will donate 100 percent of its profits to charity.

Sienna Miller chose a bright pink dress to attend a charity event in England today. She was joined by her pregnant sister, Savannah, Pippa Middleton, and Poppy Delevigne for the dinner, which was thrown by All Saints in support of the Too Many Women organization. Sienna and Savannah's mom, Jo, went along too on what was apparently her birthday! Savannah tweeted that Jo had a memorable run-in with Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood. She wrote, "Ronnie Wood just snogged mum happy birthday. Lifetime achievement award goes to. . . Mum hands down. She's grinning like a Cheshire cat!" It was a stylish evening with Pippa in a floral Project D dress from Danni Minogue's line. Danni also outfitted Pippa for a recent wedding with Kate and Prince William. Pippa made the appearance following a similarly glamorous outing to the Boodles Boxing Ball earlier this month alongside Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie. Prince William's cousins weren't on hand for this event, but their mom, Sarah Ferguson, represented the family in a dark dress.

Alessandra Ambrosio wore a bright pink bikini to go paddle boarding yesterday. She's in Hawaii for the opening of a new Victoria's Secret store in Waikiki, and she promoted the brand with an appearance at its boutique on Tuesday. Alessandra has been all about the tropical locations lately since she was also in Bora Bora for a photo shoot last week. She made a quick stop back in LA before heading to Hawaii to soak up the sun, and she'll be able to show off her sexy tan next month when she models in the Victoria's Secret fashion show. She's not the only hot mom who will hit the runway, though, since Miranda Kerr will wear a $2.5 million bra at the annual event.
