Beyoncé Knowles carried a Kate Spade New York handbag as she ran errands around NYC this morning with the help of an assistant. He once again held her umbrella after also shielding her from the rain while she shopped yesterday. Beyoncé covered her belly in a leopard-print top during that outing, but today she showed off her shape in a tight minidress. While Beyoncé's baby bump has been the center of attention lately, the mom-to-be is also focused on her career. She's launching a maternity clothing line with House of Deréon, recently released the video for "Countdown," and is front and center on the November cover of Harper's Bazaar.

Sienna Miller and Pippa Middleton kept the good times going at last night's All Saints and Too Many Women charity dinner at London's Petersham Nurseries. Pippa was decked out in a long-sleeved, floral gown from Danni Minogue's Project D line to lead everyone out onto the dance floor with her friend, Katie Readman, who works for one of the Middleton's favorite labels, Issa. Sienna managed to have lots of fun while hanging out at her table with model Lily Donaldson, her mom Jo Miller, and Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood. It was Jo's birthday, and she got a big kiss from Ronnie as a present. Sienna, wearing a dress from Matthew Williamson, also cozied up to China Tang owner David Tang and was seen laughing and throwing her hands in the air throughout the meal. The event brought out luminaries like Sarah Ferguson; Prince Harry's ex, Florence Brudenell-Bruce; and actress Gemma Arterton. A great deal of money was raised for the Breakthrough breast cancer charity after items, like private cooking lessons at Gwyneth Paltrow's home, were auctioned off for the cause. Guitar lessons with Ronnie went for $30,000, and a dinner date with Scarlett Johansson was a bidder's for about $20,000!

Gisele Bundchen took cover under a large umbrella as she walked around Boston this morning. She's been hanging out on the East Coast while Tom Brady is in the middle of football season with the Patriots. When he's not on the field, Tom's spending time with his family of four, including sons Jack and Ben, and they recently spent a fun day at a park near their home. Tom rode down a slide with Ben while Gisele watched Jack ride his two-wheeled bike. It's back to business for Tom this weekend, though, since the Patriots take on the Dallas Cowboys Sunday. Gisele's had her own work obligations lately including a turn on the runway during Paris Fashion Week earlier this month. While the couple focus on their careers, they're also apparently trying to sell their Massachusetts home. Tom and Gisele put their home on the market for $10.5 million, after first listing the property back in 2009.

Sarah Jessica Parker ventured out of her NYC brownstone today with twins Loretta and Tabitha. The busy mother of three has been escorting the girls, as well as her son James Wilkie, to and from school lately, though she's also made time in her schedule for the occasional social appearance. The second season of Bravo's Work of Art, which she produces, kicked off Wednesday night, and SJP recently chatted about the show and shared her excitement over her Sex and the City costar Kristin Davis's adoption news. The baby announcement came as a surprise to many, and SJP expressed her happiness for Kristin. Sarah Jessica said, "She lives in Los Angeles, and I live here [in New York], so I’ve not met her [baby] yet, but I’m so happy for her and I just could not be happier for Kristin. . . . It’s a wonderful situation. I know she’s wanted to have a family for a long time, and she deserves that unique kind of happiness that children bring, and I’m so happy for her."
