George Clooney held onto Stacy Keibler's hand at the Paris premiere of The Ides of March this evening. The duo posed together after making their red-carpet debut as a couple at a screening for the movie in NYC on Sunday. She did also attend George's Ides of March premiere during TIFF last month, though Stacy kept her distance from the leading man that time around. George is back to promoting his projects following a quick getaway to Mexico with his girlfriend. George helped Stacy celebrate her 32nd birthday during the Cabo trip, which included pool time with friends and a special Baltimore Ravens-themed cake for the birthday girl.

A pregnant Beyoncé Knowles hit the NYC streets today in a daring gray minidress and a towering bun with bangs. The singer has been out and about in the Big Apple almost every day lately, and last night, she and Jay-Z spent the evening at Frames Bowling Lounge with friends including La La and Carmelo Anthony. B has a lot to celebrate these days in both her personal and professional life. She recently released two new videos, "Love on Top" and "Countdown," from her album 4. Beyoncé also will launch a maternity line, and during her pregnancy, she's kept her own style as sexy as ever in a rotating wardrobe of short dresses and stilettos. Jay-Z and Beyoncé's child is due in February, and yesterday, her mother, Tina Knowles, said they know the gender of the baby! Despite it, the couple are keeping the sex of their firstborn under wraps for now.

Reese Witherspoon took off for a jog with a friend in Brentwood today. She was back to her workout routine after getting glamorous for Elle's Women in Hollywood Tribute in LA last night. Reese presented Jennifer Aniston with her award and shared a sweet story about how Jennifer helped her feel comfortable during her Friends cameo more than 10 years ago. Naomi Watts, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Elizabeth Olsen were also honored during the star-studded evening. Reese was a little more low key over the weekend, when she dressed down to support Avon's annual Walk for Breast Cancer in NYC. She also fit in a shopping trip during her short time on the East Coast.

The Elle Women in Hollywood Tribute, held inside LA's Four Seasons Hotel last night, brought out many A-list stars to toast honorees Jennifer Aniston, Barbra Streisand, Michelle Pfeiffer, Viola Davis, Evan Rachel Wood, Freida Pinto, Naomi Watts, Elizabeth Olsen, and DreamWorks studio head Stacey Snider. Jennifer Aniston brought boyfriend Justin Theroux along for the bash, and she looked amazing in a Kaufmanfranco dress. Elizabeth and Freida, meanwhile, picked Calvin Klein dresses for the occasion.

Many of the ladies paid tribute to legend award-winner Barbra, though Reese reserved her comments for Jennifer. Reese raved about Jennifer, saying, "You just want to get your nails done with her, and you want to make out with her at the same time. At least I do — and that's what we do sometimes on Saturdays." Reese also had time to say hi to her This Means War costar and pal, Chelsea Handler, as well as Robin Wright. Katherine Heigl made it an adorable date night with her husband, Josh Kelley, and Rachel Zoe stepped out in a long, flowy gown. We caught up with some of the ladies on the gray carpet before the event began. Naomi spoke about how amazing it was to shoot with Leonardo DiCaprio on their upcoming movie, J. Edgar, and joked that unlike some actors she's worked with, she likes him just as much as his work. Lauren Conrad got Punk'd as she left lunch at King's Road Cafe in LA a few days ago! The MTV series returns to the airwaves soon, and Lauren was one of the revamped show's first victims last Friday. After Lauren and her friend finished their meal, she was apparently tricked into thinking a woman was stuck in the trash compactor of a passing garbage truck. A visibly concerned Lauren even got in on the rescue effort, helping unload bags of recycling from the vehicle, as a group of people tried to "free" the woman. Lauren realized she was on the receiving end of a major prank, however, when Dax Shepard showed up on the scene. Lauren looked genuinely surprised — and relieved — as he gave her a hug and reassured her that no one had really been in danger. Lauren was with a female pal during the unexpected TV appearance, but last night, Lauren and her rumored boyfriend Derek Hough hung out at dinner and a nightclub. The cute new pair were also seen kissing on the dance floor during another recent night out together.
