The duo were seen outside of the Zammit Clapp Hospital in the Maltese city of Gzira. Brad's prepping to work on future projects after recently finishing up shooting Cogan's Trade and promoting The Tree of Life. Marc, who's known for lensing films like Monster's Ball and Quantum of Solace, will team up with Brad on the zombie movie World War Z. Brad and Angelina Jolie, who just donated $500,000 to tornado relief for the residents of his home state of Missouri, each have multiple projects demanding their attention. Angelia Jolie's Louis Vuitton ad came out this morning, and she also set aside her fee from the fashion brand for her favorite charitable causes.

Blake Lively and Leonardo DiCaprio kept things incognito by leaving separately from dinner at The Darby in NYC on Sunday. Blake and Leonardo's romance is going strong since returning from the European getaway that confirmed their status as a couple. Blake wore a breezy Summer dress and a fedora for the date while Leonardo stuck to his standard Cal baseball hat. Blake's movie Green Lantern is coming out this Friday, which means a busy week of promoting for the actress. She kicked things off at last weekend's MTV Movie Awards, which she followed up with a trip to Disneyland alongside her A-list man. Leonardo is enjoying a break between projects before production starts on The Great Gatsby. At one point Blake was rumored to be up for a role in the anticipated remake, but she ended up landing the part of Leonardo DiCaprio's girlfriend instead.

Dakota Fanning wore sky-high wedges on the sand in LA yesterday. She was joined by her little sister, Elle, father, Steven, and other young family members to play on the swings and get their feet wet in the surf. The Fanning crew has a lot to celebrate following Dakota's recent graduation from high school and Elle's box-office success with Super 8. Elle, who is just 13, promoted the project at the MTV Movie Awards, at the film's premiere with Tom Cruise, and during a funny appearance on The Tonight Show last week. Dakota is sure to have her own movie achievement soon with the release of Breaking Dawn Part 1 in November, after joining the hit franchise as an evil Volturi in 2009's New Moon. She's also front and center in the new ads for Marc Jacobs's Oh, Lola! fragrance, though the 17-year-old is causing a bit of a stir due to the sexy nature of the photos.

Pippa Middleton was in a blue dress and the blazer she wore after Kate Middleton and Prince William's royal wedding to grab dinner with an aristocrat of her own last Wednesday. She and her ex, the Duke of Northumberland's son George Percy, stopped for a meal at a London restaurant before retiring back to his place, which Pippa was seen leaving the following morning. Pippa and George dated in the past, and now work together at his energy company just as friends. She has been romantically linked for the last year to Alex Loudon, though new rumors suggest that the duo have parted ways. George, whether or not he manages to become Pippa's boyfriend again, seems to be a constant companion willing to help her through a split. It's the latest installment in Vuitton's Core Values campaign, featuring Angelina wearing her own clothes and an "Alto" bag from her personal collection. Angelina is said to have given her entire fee to charity, which is one of many recent philanthropic actions. Angelina and Brad Pitt donated $500,000 to the tornado relief fund for Joplin, MO last week as well.

Prince William and Kate Middleton continued their jam-packed weekend with another royal duty in England this morning. Kate then attended a friend's nuptials with her sister Pippa and met up with William the next day for church services with his family. The Duchess might be in the spotlight for her many official activities, but her sister is also making headlines since Pippa is reportedly single after a split from longtime boyfriend Alex Loudon.
