The pair seemed to enjoy taking their PDA on the road, after Eva and Eduardo visited Mexico and Miami on previous romantic getaways. Right now Eva's on a break from Desperate Housewives and promoting her cookbook, Eva's Kitchen, and Eduardo seized the opportunity to show her his native Spain. Eva and Eduardo may be returning to the States soon enough, though, if she wants to be in LA for the impending birth of her goddaughter, Victoria Beckham's baby girl.

Cameron Diaz stepped out of the Greenwich Hotel in NYC today as she kept up her busy Bad Teacher schedule. Cameron's toned legs were highlighted in a pair of tight, white jeans and pointy pumps as she waved hello to waiting fans and made her way to The Late Show With Jimmy Fallon, where she got silly in costumes and even appeared to challenge Jimmy to a dance. She's been in the Big Apple this week promoting her raunchy role in the comedy, which hits theaters Friday. Cameron, who's been a familiar face on late night and morning talk shows, joined forces with her costar and ex-boyfriend, Justin Timberlake, at Monday night's premiere of the film. She even made a rare comment about her relationship with ARod on The Late Show, joking with host, David Letterman, about getting caught on tape at February's Super Bowl feeding him popcorn. Beyoncé Knowles took the stage last night in Nice at the Palais Nikaïa theater. The singer wore a pink fringed minidress as she performed hits like "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" and "Telephone" for the crowd at her first full concert in more than a year. Beyoncé is gearing up for the June 28 release of her latest album, 4, with a series of European dates. She'll do two more shows in France this week before making her debut at Glastonbury in England Sunday. Beyoncé sang a Queen, Prince, and Kings of Leon medley yesterday, perhaps as a nod to Glastonbury's eclectic spirit. It will be B's first time as a headliner at the festival, which also features U2 and Coldplay on this year's schedule, but she has attended in the past to watch her husband, Jay-Z.
