The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge participated in ServiceNation: Mission Serve's hiring fair for veterans and military spouses at Sony Pictures Studios in LA this afternoon. The royal couple helped create 1,000 care packages for the sons and daughters of soon-to-be-deployed servicemen and women and showed further support at a special reception for champions of the cause. William, who is an officer in the Royal Air Force, shared a few remarks about why the organization is close to his heart, and also thanked California for receiving him and his wife with such a warm welcome. He also took the opportunity to fit in a good-natured jab at Prince Harry, referring to him as his "low-flying" Apache pilot brother. Earlier this morning Kate and William attended a private event for Tusk's US Patron's Circle in Beverly Hills, where they chatted with Reese Witherspoon. It's been a jam-packed trip to the West Coast for Kate and William, who landed in California Friday and spent yesterday in Santa Barbara. Last night, they got glamorous for the BAFTA Brits to Watch dinner and mingled with A-list stars like Tom Hanks, Jennifer Garner, and Nicole Kidman. Nicole, along with Barbra Streisand and James Brolin, was one of the lucky attendees seated at William and Kate's table during the dinner. William and Kate wrapped up their LA tour and headed back to the UK on a commercial flight following today's service event. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge showed off their artistic skills during a visit to the Inner City Arts campus in LA today. William and Kate met with a group of children to paint and made their mark with a hand print mold. Kate Middleton and Prince William started their day with Reese Witherspoon at a private reception in support of Tusk's USA charity, and they will soon head to a Service Nation: Mission Serve event. Today's stops mark Kate and Will's final appearances on their California tour before they head home to the UK. It's been a busy month for the duo, who started off in Canada, and there are so many great pictures of Kate Middleton and Prince William during the Canada leg of their North American visit.

Gwyneth Paltrow threw on a skimpy red bikini during a trip to Porto Cervo Saturday. She was with her kids, Apple and Moses, and godfather Steven Spielberg and his wife Kate Capshaw for the Italian getaway. The group spent the day on the beach throwing a Frisbee, paddle-boarding, and swimming. Steven had his video camera out to capture the fun outing, and Kate toasted Gwyneth with a cold drink during lunch in the shade. Gwyneth was a little more covered up in a maxi dress when she, Steven, and Kate headed into town later that evening to shop with Apple and Moses. Yesterday the whole crew hung out on Steven's yacht and Gwyneth even took Moses for a spin on a jet-ski. Gwyneth's brother Jake also joined her for the family vacation, though her husband, Chris Martin, didn't attend since he was performing with Coldplay at a music festival in Scotland.

Prince Harry was escorted into the Silverstone arena for the British Grand Prix in Northhampton this afternoon. He was on hand to watch the races with the Walking With the Wounded organization, and they got a behind-the-scenes look at the action from Red Bull Team boss Christian Horner. Harry posed for photos with a few drivers, including Formula One racer Jenson Button, who used to date model Florence Brudenell-Bruce. Prince Harry was linked to Florence last month after he and longtime girlfriend Chelsy Davy called it quits, though it looks like Harry and Jenson were happy to stand next to each other for the cameras. Harry is hanging out in the UK while his brother Prince William and Kate Middleton tour California. The royal couple is attending a few final events in LA before heading back to London later this afternoon.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spent their morning at a private reception at the home of producer Steve Tisch in Beverly Hills today. Kate wore a blue top and white skirt from UK brand Whistles. The event marked the launch of Tusk's US Patron's Circle and celebrity guests Catherine Keener and Linda Evangelista were on hand to show support. Kate Middleton and Reese Witherspoon talked during the bash as well! Reese expressed her excitement for the royal wedding earlier this year, just after her own nuptials to Jim Toth in April. Prince William and Kate Middleton have been mingling with many famous faces since their arrival in LA on Friday. Last night they attended the BAFTA Brits to Watch dinner and during the evening were spotted chatting with Jennifer Lopez, Jennifer Garner, Barbra Streisand, Tom Hanks, and others. William and Kate will next make a visit to Inner City Arts before finishing their California tour at the Service Nation: Mission Serve Event.

It was a star-studded night in LA at the BAFTA Brits to Watch event! Prince William and Kate Middleton, in Alexander McQueen, arrived at the BAFTA dinner looking gorgeous as they made their entrance alongside CEO Amanda Berry. The red carpet was full of other famous faces though with Hollywood's finest coming out for the reception. Jennifer Garner got glamorous in a navy one-shoulder gown while Jennifer Lopez wowed in a cutout green number. Blake Lively was radiant in bright, sheer look and Nicole Kidman dazzled in sequined blue. The BAFTA event's host, Cat Deely, wore Dior and expressed her excitement about meeting Kate for the first time since she's already been introduced to Prince William. Also on hand for the evening were Tom Hanks, who celebrated his 55th birthday today, his wife Rita Wilson, Elizabeth Banks, Jason Bateman, Mary-Lousie Parker, Mad Men's Elisabeth Moss, and Ed Westwick.
