Angelina Jolie stepped out of the Dorchester Hotel in London with a friend today. The duo headed to Zaika Restaurant, and Angelina was decked out in all black and carried a book for the meeting. Angelina traveled to England from Scotland, where she and Brad Pitt are staying with their kids while he films World War Z. She's made a few trips out of the area including a stop in Croatia with Maddox and Pax, but her most recent travels took her to the Netherlands. Yesterday, Angelina attended the trial of a Congolese warlord at the International Criminal Court in The Hague and talked about the importance of enforcing laws that prevent children from being used as combatants. Her latest mission is just one of the reasons that Angelina landed a spot on Forbes's most powerful women list along with Lady Gaga, Beyoncé Knowles, and Michelle Obama.

Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise were out and about in Beverly Hills today. Katie's currently rocking a henna tattoo around her left wrist, which her rep says is just for fun. Meanwhile, Suri also tried out a new style of her own during her outing with mom, wearing pigtails with a headband. The mother and daughter are back home in LA again after spending much of the month traveling back and forth to NYC. Since returning, Katie has been back to her West Coast routine, hitting the gym and indulging in her favorite Sprinkles cupcakes. Victoria Beckham took care of some business in LA last week, just about a month after giving birth to her daughter. Baby Harper Beckham was born in early July, and busy mom Victoria has been hanging close to home since. David Beckham, however, has been out and about hitting the waves in Malibu with his boys and getting to work on the soccer field. He's had the support of pal Gordon Ramsay in the stands, and the chef's family even joined David, Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz at the beach last weekend. Victoria and David's youngest child may be too little to join them on the sand just yet, but they've shared pictures on Facebook and Twitter of the newborn, who was named after the author of To Kill a Mockingbird.

Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson headed south of the border earlier this week on a romantic private getaway to Mexico. On Wednesday the engaged couple were spotted lounging around the pool at their resort when Jessica playfully planted an upside-down kiss on Eric. Today the pair boarded a private jet headed back to LA, and Jessica tweeted a photo of herself boarding the plane in a tropical dress along with the message, "Sad to leave Cabo, but not the mosquitoes." The short getaway allowed Jessica a few days to relax before tackling a hectic month ahead.
