Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried grace the cover of W's October American-style issue playing the role of a powerful and trendsetting couple. Wearing designs from Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, JT suits up inside the pages while Amanda vacillates between a sexy mistress and doting wife in attire from Carolina Herrera and Calvin Klein. Justin and Amanda carry out an unexpected love affair in their fast-paced thriller In Time, but for their W interview, the onscreen pair slowed things down to chat about sex, getting involved with costars, and more. They said:

• Timberlake on the audition process: "In films, I didn’t crave the type of attention I had sort of stumbled into in my music career. And I do not audition well. I’m really not good at it. Early on, I did movies like Alpha Dog and Black Snake Moan because the directors didn’t ask me to audition."
• Seyfried on acting in sex scenes: "Sex scenes are great. A lot of my costars have been sexy guys my age, and so, why not? I’m not going to pretend it’s not fun. Justin was great — he had come from doing Friends With Benefits, where he basically had sex every day at work — and so it was easy for both of us. We just kind of got it on, and then were like, 'That was good!'"
• Amanda on getting involved with costars: "I love acting like I’m in love. It’s a very positive thing. Making a movie is, in general, romantic. It’s very special, very intimate. So you can see why a lot of actors get together. When you’re young, it’s hard not to get together with your costar. But I’ve been doing this long enough to know that it’s usually not the greatest idea."
• Justin on his relationship with SNL's Andy Samberg: "[joking] We have two kids now—two boys. One of them is named Samberg and the other is named Timberlake. So they’re Timberlake Samberg and Samberg Timberlake. I think it’s supercreative and egoless to name your kids after yourself [Laughs]."

Blake Lively threw a cover-up on over her bikini yesterday to shoot OIiver Stone's Savages in LA. She was joined by a shirtless costar to film a scene on the beach and then changed into a long, flowy dress for a solo period before the cameras. Blake's on the West Coast focusing on her film following a few fun trips. She first enjoyed a stint in Australia, where she met up with boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio. Blake was then onto NYC to check out all the tennis action at the US Open and work on Gossip Girl. Many of Blake's small-screen costars are hanging out in the Big Apple, enjoying fashion week — Ed Westwick was out for Simon Spurr yesterday, and Penn Badgley let loose at Saturday night's Alexander Wang afterparty.

Gwyneth Paltrow joined Lenny Kravitz last night for an afterparty following his Absolute Radio show at London's outpost of The Box. The concert was organized in honor of Lenny's new record Black and White America, but Gwyneth has her own accomplishment to celebrate — she won an Emmy over the weekend for her appearance as Holly Holiday on Glee! Her evening with Lenny was the latest in a string of fun, English outings. Gwyneth joined Coach for Fashion's Night Out last week and was also toasted at a dinner hosted by the brand, which brought out her husband, Chris Martin.

In a simple and sexy black t-shirt, Orlando Bloom struck a pose for the October cover of Men's Health. Normally we see Orlando's wife, supermodel Miranda Kerr, doing her thing for photographers, but Orlando is equally talented in front of the lens. Orlando is currently shooting The Hobbit in New Zealand, but he spoke with a reporter for the magazine recently and dished about his other physically demanding project, The Three Musketeers, which is due in theaters Oct. 21. Orlando's secrets to staying in shape, tackling fears, and having a healthy sense of risk are some of the topics covered in the interview. He said:

• Orlando on beating his moments of doubt: "I call [doubts] my mind critters. Can I defeat myself? I really like going downhill on a mountain bike, and if I just feather the front brake and let it roll, I’m fine. But if I’m not in that zone and I clutch that brake, boom, I’m over the handlebars. Or worse."
• Orlando on fear: "Fear is not a friend of mine. But it’s something to have a healthy awareness of."
• Orlando on having a healthy sense of risk: "I can’t stop living. It would ruin my creativity, the person I am."
• Orlando on success vs. greatness: "To an untrained eye, yes, success is what people aspire to, and only success. The thing is, success can allow you to try for greatness, can give you an opportunity to take a chance on something. I’m very blessed to have the success that I’ve had, and that’s given me so many opportunities to work on being great."
• Orlando on fencing: "I love swordplay. It’s a mental and physical challenge. It can also be balletic and dancelike."

Beyoncé Knowles continued her fun Fashion Week day with a stop by the Rodarte and Vera Wang shows in NYC this afternoon. She changed into a short leather look after donning a sequined dress for J.Crew earlier today. Also on hand for Rodarte's presentation was Taylor Swift, who wore a lace look by the designers Laura and Kate Mulleavy. Beyoncé's sister, Solange, joined her for their stylish outing, though it was her husband, Jay-Z, who was by her side earlier this week. The couple grabbed brunch at Locanda Verde over the weekend and were spotted again watching the US Open just yesterday.
