Robert Pattinson was decked out in his beloved Orioles hat as he arrived back at the Toronto airport and headed out of Canada earlier today following a quick visit to the city. Rob Pattinson arrived in Toronto just one day earlier to do some postproduction work on Cosmopolis with director David Cronenberg. While Robert is tying up loose ends on this project, his girlfriend Kristen Stewart is working on Snow White and the Huntsman battle scenes overseas in the UK. Robert has visited Kristen in London during some of his downtime, which has meant double dates with his best friend Tom Sturridge and Sienna Miller. Robert and Kristen will be reunited soon to start promoting Breaking Dawn Part 1 ahead of its November release. The third part of their onscreen love triangle, Taylor Lautner, already revealed to us that the first part of the Twilight finale made him cry.

Kristen Stewart was back to work in front of the cameras today on the Wales set of Snow White and the Huntsman. Chris Hemsworth rode horseback alongside Kristen during yesterday's intense, armor-clad scenes, but this time Kristen was alone with her white horse in a softer and more familiar Snow White costume. This isn't the first time Kristen's worked on a beach location. Last Fall, Kristen and Robert Pattinson visited Brazil to shoot the highly anticipated Breaking Dawn: Part 1 honeymoon night swim. Twilight fans will finally see those hot moments on the big screen when the first installment of the series hits theaters Nov. 18.

Prince William and Kate Middleton visited the Royal Marsden Hospital in London today to open the new Oak Center For Children and Young People. The new section will assist youths battling cancer, and this afternoon both William and Kate made the rounds to pose with the patients. William said after their walkabout, "I always come away from the Royal Marsden feeling totally uplifted." He's familiar with the facility since his late mother, Prince Diana, counted it as one of her favorite charities. It was actually the site of her first solo royal engagement in 1982. Prince William spoke about his mother Diana and how she influenced his work. He said today, “For a very long time my mother was involved with the Royal Marsden, and she had a very close connection with them. So I wanted to . . . follow in her footsteps, in that sense, and help." Now, William's wife Kate is deciding which organizations she will support in her new role of Duchess. According to palace representatives, Kate has decided to focus fully on her philanthropy instead of pursuing magazine shoots, fashion, or other claims to fame.

Prince William and Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, were together in London today for a visit to the Royal Marsden Hospital. The two were on hand to open the new Oak Center For Children and Young People, which will help youths affected by cancer. Kate was decked out in a fitted, off-white Amanda Wakeley dress for the occasion. It wasn't one of the pieces she recently picked up at Topshop, though. The duchess popped into a Kensington branch of the popular UK retailer and acquired a pair of gold earrings, a bouclé jacket, and a polka-dot skirt. Kate also recently visited London's National Portrait Gallery to check out the contemporary collection. The duchess, who studied art history at St. Andrew's, took particular note of a piece by Marc Quinn, which was made of the artist's own blood.

Prince William seemed in high spirits today despite long hours with the Royal Air Force. Earlier today, Prince William finished a 24-hour mission. He apparently started the shift yesterday morning, flying a sailor to see a sick relative and picking up an injured person. William was nonetheless committed to the hospital event today. The Royal Marsden was a favorite of his mother's, Diana, who was a patron of the institution.
