Blake Lively and her new husband, Ryan Reynolds, stepped out to celebrate Chanel's 80th anniversary of the Bijoux de Diamants fine jewelry collection in NYC Tuesday. Blake wore a backless silver dress for the occasion and accessorized with her new diamond engagement ring. She mostly kept her hands in her pockets on her way into the event, though her sparkler did make an appearance. Blake and Ryan Reynolds have been married for a month now, after tying the knot in South Carolina last month. Blake had even more to celebrate, since she and Ryan attended pal Amber Tamblyn's wedding in upstate New York over the weekend.

Sienna Miller carried Marlowe in her arms as they left a café in NYC this morning. The mother-daughter duo traveled to the Big Apple with Sienna's fiancé and Marlowe's dad, Tom Sturridge, last week. Sienna's been promoting her HBO project, The Girl, but has fit in plenty of family time when she's not working. Over the weekend, Sienna and Marlowe explored Central Park, and on Monday, Tom and Sienna were spotted heading into their hotel together. That same day, Tom met up with pal Robert Pattinson, though Rob has since returned to LA and his reportedly on-again girlfriend, Kristen Stewart.

Kate Middleton continued her four-day tour of the UK this morning with a handful of appearances in the city of Newcastle. She visited the Newcastle Civic Centre, where she met with youngsters. Kate also checked out the progress of a community garden project at Elswick Park and met with young women at the Keyfund Office charity. Kate also made the rounds at the Stockton Recovery Service, which is a support organization for people over 18 who are using drugs.

Her morning was spent solo, as Prince William had to take care of a more pressing personal matter. William attended the funeral of his former nanny, Olga Powell, who was particularly important to him growing up since she helped him and his brother through the difficult period following Princess Diana and Prince Charles's divorce. Yesterday, though, Kate and William were together to open the new soccer training complex at St. George's Park. William will be back in action tomorrow as well, when he hosts the annual 100 Women in Hedge Funds dinner in London.

Ben Affleck had his best buds Matt Damon and George Clooney for support at last night's NYC premiere of Argo, which is out Friday. The trio made the rounds at the debut, held at the Time Warner Screening Room, and then moved the fun times on to the Porter House restaurant. They had the company of other friends like Michael Douglas, Oliver Stone, and Ted Koppel. The screening also brought out celebs curious to see Ben's latest like Kate Upton, Sting, and Richard Gere. Ben and George, along with George's longtime work partner Grant Heslov, actually produced the picture together, and they were able to toast the finished project along with the film's stars Bryan Cranston, Tate Donovan, and Scoot McNairy.

Sarah Michelle Gellar stepped out for the first time since giving birth to her second child in LA yesterday. She wore a leopard-print top and black boots and carried her daughter, Charlotte, to their waiting car during the outing. SMG gave birth to a boy in September, and while she and husband Freddie Prinze. Jr didn't announce the baby's name, they did share that Charlotte was "very excited" to be a big sister. The new addition was just one more reason to celebrate after SMG and Freddie marked their 10th wedding anniversary earlier last month.

Jennifer Garner made an appearance in Washington DC today. She arrived at the Russell Senate Building for a press conference announcing "America's Report Card 2012: Children in the US." This isn't Jen's first time speaking in the capital — she's previously lent her voice to children's organizations like Save the Children and K2KUSA there.

While Jen's off promoting early childhood programs, her husband, Ben Affleck, has been in NYC promoting Argo. Ben's latest directing effort hits theaters Friday, and he's been busy doing press, even talking about family and his admiration for Jen. Ben told The Hollywood Reporter that Jennifer "truly is kind. She means no one any harm. She doesn't have ill will for any person. She's not competitive with other people. She's not spiteful." Jen may not be competitive, but she will have a friendly faceoff at the box office this weekend when Argo goes head to head against her Butter.
