The massive storm Sandy rolled across the East Coast last night, and plenty of celebrities took to social media to share a glimpse of what they dealt with. The majority hunkered down in NYC to deal with the rain and wind, with some even leaving their apartments to seek dry land for the evening in hotels. Jennifer Aniston brought her SmartWater along yesterday to shop for home goods with her fiancé, Justin Theroux. They had the help of many shop assistants to browse the modern wares on offer at Adesso and Blackman Cruz. Jennifer was wrapped up in a trench coat for the outing, but over the weekend, she showed a bit more skin. Jennifer Aniston was in a low-cut black gown to attend Saturday's LACMA Art and Film Gala. She made the rounds at the benefit, which honored the work of artist Ed Ruscha and director Stanley Kubrick, with Justin by her side. Jen and Justin caught up with new parents Drew Barrymore and Will Kopelman, who showed off photos of their newborn daughter, Olive. Jen was also able to mingle in a celeb-filled crowd with other actor pals like Cameron Diaz and Salma Hayek.

October was a huge month for stars! Kicking off the action, Anne Hathaway and Adam Shulman got married at a private estate in Big Sur, CA, while Blake Lively celebrated nuptials too. Blake's on-set ceremony with Penn Badgley was filmed for Gossip Girl, Jennifer Aniston debuted her massive engagement ring on a getaway with fiancé Justin Theroux, and Kristen Stewart took a trip of her own to begin her Breaking Dawn Part 2 promotional tour in Tokyo.

Brooklyn Decker, Amy Adams, and Emma Roberts stepped out for a good cause at the Wantful: The Art of Giving benefit in LA yesterday. The event, which was hosted by Rashida Jones and benefited the International Rescue Committee, also brought out Rashida's Parks and Recreation costar Amy Poehler, as well as Kristen Bell and Ali Larter. The group, including some of their significant others, posed for photos together before sitting down to dinner.

Emma was dressed in a silky black tee and striped Vena Cava skirt for the gala, a far cry from the look we last saw her in. She paid homage to her aunt Julia at a Halloween party over the weekend by re-creating the infamous outfit from Pretty Woman. Brooklyn talked about her own Halloween costume plans on Twitter, saying that she had picked a look that is both "scary and funny."
