Adele swept the 2012 Grammy Awards and while accepting the evening's biggest honor for album of the year, she got a bit emotional on stage. Adele gave a heartfelt acceptance speech after 21 was named album of the year, thanking a "rubbish relationship" for inspiration while she took the stage for the final award of the evening. She also sent an adorable message to her mom and laughed when her tears meant she had to wipe her nose mid-speech. Check out the video and see all of our Grammys pictures!

Carrie, Rihanna, Katy, Fergie, and More Get Sexy on the Grammys Red Carpet
Music's leading ladies and more famous faces brought their best looks to the Grammys red carpet in LA tonight. Julianne Hough posed in a strapless Kaufman Franco gown while Alicia Keys chose a simple black dress and arrived on the arm of husband Swizz Beatz. Adele, who is nominated for six awards, wore a custom Giorgio Armani gown. She's taking the stage at this evening's show to perform for the first time since undergoing surgery to repair damaged vocal cords late last year. Fellow performer, Rihanna, brought the sexiness in a backless Armani number, which she helped design.
Neutrals were a big trend on the carpet with Kate Beckinsale stepping out in a cream Zuhair Murad mini and country star Miranda Lambert in a similarly hued lace Pivoni gown. Miranda joined her husband, Blake Shelton, on the carpet. Kelly Osbourne sparkled in Tony Ward with her light purple hair. Best country song and best country solo performance winner Taylor Swift rocked a high-neck Zuhair Murad as she awaits the news on her third nomination.
Nominee Carrie Underwood kept the sparkle coming in a long sleeve white gown by Gomez-Gracia. She'll hit the stage for a duet with Tony Bennett at tonight's show. Katy Perry, who is nominated for two Grammys, switched up her usually edgy appearance with a subtle blue Elie Saab that matched her bright hair, while Fergie showed skin in a hot orange lace Jean Paul Gaultier that revealed her black undergarments. Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott brought a touch of color with her purple Monique Lhuillier gown.
There were more fashionable moments with Nicki Minaj stepping out in a dramatic Versace cape, and Malin Akerman wearing white, among others, so be sure to click through to see all the looks and make sure to vote on Fab and Bella's red carpet polls!

Jennifer Hudson Delivers Emotional Whitney Houston Tribute at the Grammys
Jennifer Hudson sang a special rendition of Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You" at the Grammys tonight. The tribute performance was added to the show after news of Whitney's passing yesterday. Jennifer sang the biggest hit of Whitney's career beautifully, despite choking back tears on stage and during rehearsals earlier today. The Grammys also honored the late star with a prayer at the beginning of the evening. Many members of the music industry and other celebrities have reacted to Whitney's death and some even spoke about the singer at Clive Davis's annual pre-Grammy party that took place last night.
Rihanna and Coldplay Rock Out With an Amazing, Sexy Grammy Performance!
Rihanna and Coldplay totally knocked their Grammy performance out of the park when it came on about one third of the way through the big show this evening in LA. Rihanna kicked things off with a solo rendition of "We Found Love," which she accompanied with her signature super sexy dance moves. She then teamed up with Coldplay for a medley of their songs, starting with "Princess of China" which went right into their hit "Paradise." It's already been a performance-packed Grammys, but Rihanna and Chris Martin's collaboration was certainly a highlight. Rih showed off some skin with her onstage outfit, but she also turned heads with her red carpet look earlier in the evening. Rihanna wore a custom-made Armani gown, which left little to the imagination.

Katy Perry Wears Skintight Costume — And Sings About Russell? — At Grammys
Katy Perry's outfit left very little to the imagination as she hit the stage at the Grammys this evening. A Katy Perry impostor kicked off the performance pretending to be Katy singing "ET," before the real pop star emerged to debut her new single, "Part of Me," wearing a latex superhero-esque costume that clung to all her curves. The latter track is being included on the extended re-release of her album Teenage Dream, which means it's not a totally new song, but she did change the lyrics — perhaps to send a message to ex Russell Brand for the award show? Katy apparently rewrote a portion of the song recently to say: "You can keep the diamond ring/It don't mean nothing anyway/In fact you can keep everything/Yeah, yeah, except for me." Katy and Russell's divorce was finalized last week, just about a month after they initially announced their split. Do you think Katy was singing about Russell tonight?

Jessica Simpson Shows Her Bump During a Weekend Outing With Eric Johnson
Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson stopped by the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills yesterday. The afternoon wasn't all fun, though, since Jessica was one of the many celebrities that reacted to Whitney Houston's death. She wrote on Twitter, "I found my voice singing Whitney Houston's music. Today I lost my idol." Jessica and Eric have been hanging in LA lately, but they took a trip to Indianapolis for the Super Bowl last weekend. They're prepping for the birth of their first child together, and Jessica also has her new reality series debuting soon in March. Fashion Star begins on the 13th and will feature Jessica's fellow judge Nicole Richie.

Gwyneth Paltrow Shows Skin in Stella McCartney at the Grammys
Gwyneth Paltrow hung out backstage at this evening's Grammy Awards in LA. She's on the long list of stars who will present an honor during the ceremony, and she'll take the stage in her cutout Stella McCartney gown. Gwyneth hit the Grammys with her husband Chris Martin. His band, Coldplay, starred in one of the evening's most anticipated performances when they teamed up with Rihanna. It's a big night for Chris and his group, since they were nominated in three categories. Gwyneth has a long history with the Grammys. Last year, Gwyneth sang "Forget You" with CeeLo Green. She presented at the 2009 show, and was actually nominated that year for an audio book she recorded based on the Bill Martin, Jr. children's books.
